C.R.I.M.E : It wasnt a numbuh 2 ep like most though.insead an numbuh 3.When everyone started getting arrested at Gallagher Elementary numbah 3 trys to slove it.But she didnt really know what she was doing, worrying about her work for school. The crayon kid was the one behide it.Putting everyone in jail just so he could get frist in line for food at lunch. To bad it was lima bean day.

P.A.R.T.Y : The Delightful Children From Down The Lane invite Cree and the teenagers to their mansion to plot agaist the KND,but they just used them for a place for a party. They needed the KND help to get rid of them,by flooding the mansion with mash potatos.3\4 had to slow dace to get the potatos while 2\5 to attach it to the springler system.Everyone left when they saw father comming,so in the end they didnt need the potatos, but it was to late,it went off.moreless
  • Potatoes and dancing, oh my!

    10
I only saw the end of C.R.I.M.E. since the last time a new episode aired on a Sunday after was the first Season 6 eppy. Also, I wasn't there to see it the first time; I was camping in the snow! When it was airing, I was watching Back to the Future Part III!

Anyway, the Crayon kid in C.R.I.M.E. reminded me of Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons, didn't it?

P.A.R.T.Y. was the best thing I have seen in a long time! When Numbuh 1 said for Numbuhs 3 and 4 to get the potatoes, something in my heart flared again, just like it did in Operation Z.E.R.O. I saw the whole plot coming. It was so just so cool to see them slow-dancing, even if it was to Numbuh 4's dismay...

The credits were awesome, too. The Upper Crusts were just right up Numbuh 4's alley, and you knew it. Numbuh 1's part was funny, especially when Numbuh 4's legs fall through the ceiling!

    "They did it!"moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • The KND don't know what deodorant is in this episode, but in "Operation: F.U.T.U.R.E.," Numbuh 4 had a cell phone disguised as deodorant. Obviously they would have had to know what deodorant was in order to use it as a disguise for a machine, right?

    • Down in the abandoned art room, when the DCFDTL startle Numbuh 3 by coming behind her, she drops the crayons, then when she turns around she has them in her hands again.

  • QUOTES (9)

    • DCFDTL: Who are you?
Band member: We are 'The Upper Crust'.
      DCFDTL: The who?
Band member: No. The Upper Crust.

    • Numbuh 3: Joe! I can't believe you double-crossed me! I should have never fallen in love with you!
Joe: You- you fell in love- with... me?
Numbuh 3: (gets angry) Puh-lease! I just thought it would sound dramatic and stuff if I said that!

    • Safety Patrol Officer: (to Numbuh 3) You want my advice? Don't run.
      Numbuh 3: Run? From what?
Safety Patrol Officer: Uh, from us.
Numbuh 3: ... Why would I run from you?
Safety Patrol Officer: Cause we're about to arrest you.
Numbuh 3: (really confused) And... that's bad, right?
Safety Patrol Officer: Pretty bad, yeah.
Numbuh 3: Oh, ok. (suddenly runs) AHHHH!

    • Numbuh 2: Let me see that crayon.
(Numbuh 3 gives him the crayon)
Numbuh 2: (smells and licks it) Hmmm, clay dust, paper maché... and a hint of, boogers- AWWW!! Man, why does some people shove everything under their nose?! (turns around and sees Numbuh 3 shoving a crayon on her nose)

    • Numbuh 2: It's up to you to solve this case Numbuh 3! Go find go Joe Balooka, he'll help you! And don't forget to wear the hat, it'll make you look cool and detectivey!
Numbuh 3: (thinks inside her head) I had to admit, the hat looks pretty great. And with great hats, comes great responsibility.

    • Numbuh 2: (thinks) this safety patrol business was fishier than a week-long sardine sandwich; and I wasn't eating eat. At least not without mustard...

    • Cheerleader: So, like, how old are you?
Numbuh 2: How old do I look?
Numbuh 5: (yanks him away and taking him downstairs) Let's go loverboy!
Numbuh 2: Hey! For your information, the ladies dig younger men.

    • Numbuh 1: You can hit the abort button now, Numbuh 2.
Numbuh 2: Abort button? (mashed potato explosion in the mansion)

    • Duc d'Istortion: I beg your pardon. We are the Upper Crust.
      DCFDTL: The Who?
Duc d'Istortion: No, the Upper Crusts.

  • NOTES (9)

  • ALLUSIONS (4)

    • With great hats, comes great responsibility: Spider-Man
This sentence, told by numbuh 3, is based on the famous line from the Spider-Man comics- "With great power comes great responsibility"

    • The Upper Crust: The Who
When the band arrive and one of it's members says it's name to the DCFDTL, they ask "The who?", and the band member answer that they're not 'The Who', they're 'The Upper Crust'.
The Who is an English rock band that first formed in 1964 and grew to be considered one of the greatest and most influential bands in the world.

    • The Crayon Kid in Operation: C.R.I.M.E. who was believed to be able to see the future and draws what he sees in crayon parodies the character Isaac Mendez from the NBC show Heroes. He does it the same way as Isaac; his pupils disappear when he draws, just like what happens to Isaac when he paints the future.

    • The plot of Operation: C.R.I.M.E. is akin to the plot of the movie Minority Report, where the police use a team of people with precognitive powers to capture criminals before they commit their crimes.
