Operation: L.U.N.C.H.: Lizzie spends all day making a romantic lunch for her "Nigie," only to have it stolen by Robin Food and his Hungry Men, a bunch of tight-wearing whackos who steal lunches from the young and give them to the old. Now, Lizzie needs to storm a retirement home to get it back!
Operation: M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S.: The most important battle of the day takes place when KND sensors indicate that the very last box of super-sugary Rainbow Munchies is in aisle sixty-teen of the Super-Villains Supermarket & Deli!

Numbuh 5/Delightful Child From Down the Lane #5
Numbuh 1/Numbuh 2
Ice Cream Man, Maurice, Toilenator
At the end of L.U.N.C.H., Lizzie says that Numbuh 1 needs to lose weight, that seems a little unfair from her because she's the one who really needs to lose weight!
If Father's fire was powerful enough to destroy the KND's ship, shouldn't it have destroyed their armor?
Why did Father make a truce with Numbuh 1 and the others when he was more than capable of defeating Knightbrace on his own?
At the end everyone but Knightbrace was eating cereal, but they're couldn't have been enough for everyone.
Everyone knows that Numbuh Four thinks Rainbow Monkeys are stupid - yet, he loves their brand of cereal?
Reply: It probably wouldn't matter about what the brand is, he just likes the taste.
Practically every villain the KND has faced (except Knightbrace) seems to love Rainbow Crunchies, even though it seems to be a children's cereal - that seems kind of odd.
Father: You didn't think a half-priced barbeque grill could stop me, (flames up) did you!?
Numbuh One: No one steals my friends' lunches!
Lizzie: Nigie, when I said 'No missions during lunch', I meant (yells) NO MISSIONS DURING LUNCH!
(After stealing all the food, the Hungry Men prepare to leave)!
Robin Food: Thank you, children. Perhaps we can have lunch again some time. YOUR lunch, that is (he laughs).
Little Juan: (about to leap out the window) Nice girlfriend you got there, Nigie!
Spankulot: Rainbow Munchies!? Yeah. Can I have some? Huh? Can I? Please? Please??
Father: Sure.... if you can find a box OF YOUR OWN!!!
*After Mr. Boss and two Ice Cream men land in the ice cream*
Numbuh 2: That's outta cool 'em off.
Numbuh 5: Just shut up and stear this thing, would ya?
Numbuh 2: Oh, that is cold Numbuh 5, ha, you get it? I said...
Numbuh 5: STEAR!
Numbuh 2: Huh, no sence of humour.
Numbuh 1: Numbuh 3, secure the box!
Numbuh 3: Okey-dokey artichokey!
Numbuh 1: Desperate times call for desperate measures... Truce?
Father: Only until after breakfast!
(During the chase)
Numbuh 1: GET DOWN!
Numbuh 3: Hey, I like these! Boston baked beans?! YUCK! Ooh, Numbuh 4 loves these! Eight dollars for a bag of cookies?! What are they, nuts?!
Numbuh 5: HE SAID GET DOWN!!
Numbuh 2: Mmmm, delicious... Can someone pass the milk?
Count Spankulot: I'll get it...
Knightbrace: (In a daze) Here you go... And remember to brush after breakfast, okay?
The fact that Numbuh 3 seems to know what Numbuh 4's favorite food is shows that she does like him enough to remember silly little things.
First appearance of Robin Food and his Hungry Men.
This is Benjamin Diskin's favorite episode.
Apparently villains and kids love Rainbow Munchies.
L.U.N.C.H. s a Lizzie episode, while M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S. is a team episode
Villains: Robin Food, Toilenator, Mr. Boss, Ice-Cream Men, Mega Mom, Destructo Dad, Count Spankulot, Mr. Fizz, Knightbrace, Crazy Old Cat Lady, Stickybeard, and Father
First appearance of the Super-Villains Supermarket & Deli. Among the villains after the Rainbow Munchies cereal there are Father, Mr. Boss, Count Spankulot, two Ice Cream Men, Stickybeard and the Candy Pirates, The Crazy Old Cat Lady, Mega Mom and Destructo Dad, Mr. Fizz, Toiletnator, and Knightbrace. Numbuhs 3 and 5 do not appear in "Operation L.U.N.C.H."
The Senior Citizens Squad returns with their giant robot in "Operation: L.U.N.C.H.".
The Sweet Revenge is parked in the surpermarket parking lot in at least one scene of the outside.
KND Technology: L.O.C.K.A.H.S.O.C.K.A.H.: Locker Operated Cybernetic Klanky Armor Has Stinky Old Clothes Kannon Arms - Hooray; S.H.O.P.P.I.N.G.D.A.R.T.: Super Hoagie Operated Piston Powered Interceptor Naturally Goes Down Asles Really Turbonically.
L.U.N.C.H. stands for Lizzie Underappreciates Nigel's Chowtime Hardworkingness.
M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S. stands for Morning Uncovers Needed Crunchiness Hiding In Enemy Store.
It seems that Count Spankulot has the traditional vampiric weakness to garlic, even though he is immune to sunlight.
"L.U.N.C.H." is the first episode where Lizzie has a starring role.
Look Hard: If you look closely at the scene where everyone closes in on Knightbrace, you can see that Numbuh 3 is holding one of the Cat Lady's cats.
Credits: Everyone is still eating cereal. Stickybeard and Numbuh 5 are sitting together; Mr. Boss is fending off the Cat Lady's cats. After a few seconds, Toilenator burps loudly. Everyone looks at him in disgust, and he says, "I'm sorry..."
While the cannons on the Sweet Revenge fire gum wads, the ones on Stickybeard's mini-ship fire sacks of sugar.
Star Wars: The scene where the K.N.D send out tennis probes to find the cereal was similar to when the Empire in "The Empire Strikes Back" dispatched probes to find the Rebels. In fact, the probe is similar to the one in the movie. The scene were the probe locks onto the target just before a shopping cart crushes it is similar to when the probe in "The Empire Strikes Back" locates the Rebel's base and is then blasted by Han Solo. In addition, the scene where Numbuh 3 belives the cereal is in the villian's store and Numbuh 4 finds it hard to believe is similar to when Darth Vader believes the rebel base is on Hoth dispite the doubt of one of his generals.
Robin Food was a parody of both Robin Hood and Robin from Teen TItans. Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor the way Robin Food stole from the young and gave to the old. And Robin Food used a boastick which is one of Robin's most used weapons.
The name of the retirement home Sure Wood Forest, is a play off of Sherwood Forest, where Robin Hood had all his adventures.
