    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (3)

      • COVERING FOR 'NIGIE'

Operation: R.E.C.E.S.S. marks the second time someone in Sector V has had to dress up like Numbuh 1 and take Lizzie on a date. The first time this happened was in Operation: Q.U.I.E.T., when Numbuh 4 had to take Lizzie to "The Point". The decoy 'Nigie' on this occasion was Numbuh 3.

      • In Operation: R.E.C.E.S.S., the KND return to the treehouse the same day they left, after saving recess, but in Operation: H.A.M.S.T.E.R., a day passes by, and the KND return the night after.

      • Goof: There seem to be inconsistencies with the gadgets identified in each episode. First, the V.O.C.A.L.-Y.O.K.E.L. is spelled out as VOCAL-YOCEL in the closed captioning as the second C would be correctly spelled as "Copy". Second, the T.A.T.T.R.A.P. is initialized on screen as CATTRAP. But the first word said for it was "Trap".

    • QUOTES (1)

      • Principal Smelling: "Und so it is at zis time, my dear principals und administrators, that I vould like to say to you..."
Random Principal: "...THIS SALAD DRESSING TASTES LIKE BOOGIES."

    • NOTES (12)

    • ALLUSIONS (3)

      • Ash Ketchum:
If you look closely at the kid who sits next to Number 4 it looks like Ash Ketchum from the Pokémon from the first season he even has the green backpack he carries.

      • A school by the name of "Warburton School" is mention in this episode. This is a reference to "Mr. Warburton", the same guy who created The Off-Beats, Sheep in the Big City, & of course, Codename Kids Next Door. Mr. Warburton did not create the Off-beats or Sheep in the Big City. Mo Willems did. Mo Willems also used to write with Mr. Warburton for this show.

      • The Sinister Felines from Atop The Litterbox and the Hamsters Next Door: Tom & Jerry
The SFFATL and the HND chase thing is exactly the same as the show, "Tom & Jerry". In the show, a cat named Tom, always chases the mouse, Jerry, in every single episode.
