What a terrific episode, it had reminded me a lot of Season Six's, " Officer Down," especially when Kate had a flashback to remembering Vera sleeping on the photos which was related to this case,which the scene had appeared in this season's, " Iced,".
Although the Joe Don was innnocent all along, I felt it both compelling and yet heartbreaking at the same time. How Vera struggled with his own personal problems before putting those aside to realize that all along; Joe Don was telling him the truth. In the end, I liked how Rush, Valens and Miller were each helping the clean up Vera's apartment, which is a reminder that this squad is family.
