Highlight for a spoiler:
The final shot in the church reveals that Ana hid the missing pellets under a statue of the Virgin Mary.
Ana Castilla was killed on September 28, 1998. On her case file you can see that her occupation was florist and that her mother's name was Maria Castilla.
Ramiro: (about Father Peralta) You think that he took care of young pretty girls just for heaven points? Nah. He's getting something back and it wasn't nothing holy.
Det. Jeffries: Undercover, huh?
Scotty: Uhh... yeah.
Det. Jeffries: Seems like something that would've come up.
Scotty: I also went to soccer camp as a kid. Never mention that.
Ramiro: (about Scotty) You should have seen him with his Ana. He was all over her.
Lilly: He says she was just a friend.
Ramiro: And you believe what he says? Do you think that he's never lied to you?
(Lilly doesn't answer.)
Ramiro: You didn't know him then... I did.
Lilly: We're done here.
Det. Valens: (to Father Peralta) They say Colombians call you El Ranchero, the Rancher.
Det. Jeffries: Because you wrangle the mules. Is that some kind of joke?
Ramiro: (about Ana) She was dumb, so she's dead.
Det. Valens: She wasn't dumb.
Ramiro: Okay, she was a genius. She's still dead.
