    "The Good-Bye Room" is, in my opinion, the best episode of Cold Case to date. The acting, the wrting and the story are terrific. The woman who plays Hillary West (Who looks remarkably like CSI: NY star Anna Belknap) is excellent in this episode and steals the show. The viewer can really feel Hillary's emotions in what is both the best and worst time in her short life. What I also like is how this episode shows the hypocrisy of the nuns who run the home. They claim to be doing the Lord's work yet they have a dark secret.moreless

    Hilary West was a seventeen year old girl who got pregnant. Her parents didn't want her to keep the baby and wanted no one to know about their un-wed daughter's pregnancy so they sent her to a home for un-wed mothers. When it's discovered that Hilary wanted to keep the baby, the suspect pool grows.

    This was a great episode. Very emotional. It's hard to keep from busting into tears when Hilary has to say good-bye to her baby. I haven't had a kid yet so I can only imagine how painful that would be. The actress played that scene very well, highly believable.

    This is another one of those episodes that there's nothing I can think of off the top of my head that needed to be fixed. It was just all around great. And I loved that they used "You Are My Sunshine" at the end. I've had that song stuck in my head for awhile and I was thinking it would be great to close an episode off with.moreless

    When A Adopted Woman Comes Forward Asking Lilly For Help About Solving Her Mum's Case.
    Well..Loved This Episode So Much! It Really Pained Me To Watch Hilary Signing The Adoption Agreement To Give The Baby Up And After She Gave Birth, They Only Had 15 Minutes With Them! A Very Very Good Episode,Acting Was Top Notch (As Always) And I Must Say, That Johanna Braddy As 'Hilary'Was Perfect!
    And When Sister Margaret Asked Hilary To Write Down On One Side What An Adoption Family Can Offer The Baby And What She Could Offer The Baby, And Hilary Wrote On Her Side, "Love" And I Nearly Cried!

    The story is great, portray the reality of a teenager that get pregnant in the 60's. So the episode show how was the ideology of the time the prejudice and the lonlyness that those girls get most of the time,the uncompreencion of the parents,the problems of pathernty,the abondament of the parents,the hope and the sadness that those girls have,abortion subjects...The songs are great too... This episode made me cry a looooooot a loooooooot haha.The mystery that envolves this episode is very good too..I would say it's so well writen that I don't know what to say more than that ...moreless

    I just started watching this show not to long ago and out of all of the episodes so far that i have seen this one is the best. I couldn't believe what they did to the babies i mean selling babies that is just crazy they are humian beins and they are selling them that is so selfish. i thought that the your my sunshine theme was really cool. i also can't believe the guy who got her pregnant and what he said to her when he saw her at the store that he didn't want to be a father and also were he had a new girlfriend i thought that was rude.moreless
