Cold Turkey

The bottle of (I think) brandy that one of the contestants drank was STOLEN from the home owners. They somehow forgot to take it among the many things that had to be removed before they moved while the show was produced.

The home was also heavily featured in the straight-to-DVD film (starring Ice-T), called "Kept".

Sometime during the run of the ~30 day production, a large bronze Pegasus sculpture (valued @ ~$10k US) was damaged. Among many items of contention, the production company was forced to pay for repairs of it under terms of the contract with the location company and homeowner.

The same contestant that works @ the Bristol Farms has seen at least one of the homeowners on multiple occasions. The home owner knew who she was (from watching the show), but not the contestant. They were at least on recognition/speaking terms due to their frequenting the store. Both homeowners are fairly frequent customers of said store and likely ran into the woman on many occasions.

The next door neighbors' house is the house that the Menendez family (Jose and Kitty) was building prior to their murder by sons Lyle and Erik in 1989.
