Some bits were fantastic: Vice-Dean Laybourne is brilliant and the recurring gag of Britta being the worst made me laugh a lot. Great interaction between Jeff and Britta too - I don't like them as a couple but I love them as two bickering friends. The song is indeed very catchy too.
The main plot, however, is way too offensive IMO ... are we now in the business of making fun of death? When Pierce's mother - who, by the way, had seen his father's ghost in S1 - passed away, there was a full episode of the gang disrespecting each other's beliefs, but not making fun of the person's death in any way. 203 was fun but at the same time respectful and even 'sweet', and very clever with Abed's subplot... 306 was not any of that.
