This marks the third episode to feature Abed and Troy's 'La Biblioteca' rap. It first appeared in episode 2, Spanish 101, and again in episode 9, Debate 109.
Lyrics to Chang's Rap: I am Señor Chang, and I'm so ill! / This is a warning: I can't be killed! / All in your cabeza, without a chasa / Not another teacher with this much flava! / Chang!
Jeff: (Trying to get Buddy to leave) Just be reasonable.. and go.
Buddy: Make me. Hitler.
(The group gasps)
Jeff: (To the group) Okay, so, since Buddy is not leaving, he'll just be the person who we wish wasn't here while we study. (To Buddy) Try getting that deal from Hitler.
Jeff: Buddy, yesterday the group took a vote (Buddy starts to cry) and it seems like you've figured out the rest of it.
Goof: When Buddy (Jack Black) is reading from the Spanish textbook after the group calls him out, he says, "Donde estas la biblioteca?" and "Donde estas el restaurante?" This is incorrect, as the phrases directly translate to: "Where are (you) the library?" and "Where are (you) the restaurant?", respectively. "Estas" refers to second person (informal).
Jack Black ("Buddy") also worked with:
-Yvette Nicole Brown ("Shirley") in the 2008 movie Tropic Thunder.
-Chevy Chase ("Pierce") in the 2002 movie Orange County.
-Creator Dan Harmon in the www.channel101.com shows Computerman and Laser Fart. Plus, they both worked with Owen Wilson ("leader of the cool group") in the pilot-never-turned-into-series Heat Vision and Jack.

Karate Kid
In the third act, Jack Black is wearing a t-shirt that says "Sweep The Leg". This is a reference to the 1984 movie Karate Kid.
Buddy: I'm strong. Hmm? And I can kick.
This line refers to a nearly identical statement made by a Crispin Glover in a famously bizarre 1987 appearance on Late Night with David Letterman (episode "Show #0893 "), just before nearly kicking Letterman in the face.
