This is one of my favorate episodes of the show. To me it's one of the saddest episodes because it puts a light of humanity on a villian and shows the extent of Wrath Amon's evil.

Wind Fang I thought at first was just going to be another two dimetional villian but instead just as they've given depth to the good guys they were starting to do the same to the villians which was great because it makes them more interesting.

Thoughout the episode we hear Wind Fang tell his story to Jasmine and it's just great because it also puts depth into not just his character but the world of Conan, and it really makes me wish there was a two or three parter on Wind Fang's past. Just hearing about what he's lost will just make your hear crack and also made me hate Wrath Amon more, Wrath Amon not just made the man a slave but like any common bully gets sick amusement seeing and delivering pain to another.

But I also really liked Jasmine in this, the dynamic between the two is pritty much the "Beauty and the Beast" motif; and though this chemestry we see kinda a warm side to her, which also makes her capable of love.

The only bad thing was that the show never built on the chemestry between the two enough thoughout the series. I felt that was a lost opportunity because I really liked the chemestry between the two in this episode as well as the follow up (which I'll talk about some other time) it would of been interesting to see it become more. But the reason for this was because of time and even writing limitations, so oh well.

The ending is heartbreaking, that moment when Wrath Amon's destroys most of Wind Fang's relics made me just want to knee cap Wrath Amon really really hard. However the ending is not completely sad once we see Wind Fang has hidden one final relic and it gives a small sense of hope that Wind Fang will be human again someday somehow, but also show that you can never destroy the human soul as long as hope lives.

Wrath Amon is wrong, Wing Fang is human as long as he remembers.moreless

Windfang's Eyrie was a perfectly entertaining episode of Conan The Adventurer. I really enjoyed watching this episode because there was a lot of action, drama, flashbacks, intrigue as well as character and plot development. It was really interesting to learn more about Windfang's past and how he came to be in the service of Wrath Amon. Dreg was his same annoying self and I always enjoy the back and forth between him and Needle. This episode definitely show cases Wrath Amon's evil malice. There was also some symbology in this as well as other episodes. I look forward to watching the next episode of Conan The Adventurer!!!!!!!moreless
