I might be in the minority on this but personally I think this episode is a bit underrated. This is one of my personal top ten favorate episodes. It's true that the plot has some logic holes but the plot wasn't really important in this episode it was really about the interaction between Mace and Nightshade and what they do in the episode and their chemestry, hence the title of the episode.

Mace is my favorate character in the show, this epsode justifies one of the reasons why, but also sort of rounds him out more where he's not just an all tough guy which he's know for. We actually see for once that this guy deep inside really is a softy and even though he's really tough he's rather shy mostly when it comes to the oppisite sex. He's never been on many dates or had no dates at all, which kinda made him sympathtic to me.

Well Mace is about to find his other half with the most unlikely person which is Nightshade, she is my favorate villan on the show and the fact that two of my favorate characters are paired up makes this episode all the more interesting. This episode rounds her out to where she not just all mysterous and business but she also has a soft side when we see she has a sister that is in danger and she wants to save her.

I really like the chemestry between both Mace and Nightshade almost reminds me of Batman and Catwoman,

there was a lot of tension from their character roles which made it funny, one moment I thought was funny but also an homage to the Hichcock film "The 39 Steps" was when both were handcuffed to one another and both argue but also have to figure out how to work together with those on. But after a while both are actually warm up to one another which was where things really got good between them.

And both warm up so much to one another that Mace actually lets Nightshade go but not before she kisses Mace in the end. I wouldn't fret about the end, this isn't a one time deal, both character do meet again in future episodes one which leads to something more for the two. Differences are sometimes what can bring two souls together.
