C.O.P.S.

A decent episode for fans of the series. This one has a bit of everything including an unlikely help from a girl named Sam to help out the C.O.P.S unit. Plenty of action and one or two gags make this anything but dull.



It's a decent episode showing that while part of this show does cater to young children it can also cater to teens and adults who want a decent show. Badvibes is using a circus disguise to rob Empire City under Big Boss's orders. Eventually Longarm and Hardtop become aware of his plan but get captured. How they get out is done well and this other character of Sam was a likable character to know. Especially since she's actually written as a thief but then her character expands into something else.
