Who's Smarter?: Chelsea, Newt, or London?

    NOTE: remember 2 add OLIVER to ur order of smartest 2 dumbest.

    Chelsea...she has her smart moments occasionally...

    Newt-he got Sophie to break up with him and almost tried to win her back

    London-on the episode 'commercial breaks' she couldn't even remember her last name

    I think that Lilly is dumber than Oliver in some cases.

    I TOTALLY AGREE. I don't see how London can be seen as smart considerinng all the dumb stuff she says. the others arent necessarily dumb..they're more like ..confused. London jus totally goes blank sometimes, scratch that she goes blank A LOT!

    I'd say Oliver is the smartest, then Chelsea, then Newt, then London. The eppy with Zack and Cody as superheroes and Cody was reading London's mind and she was telling herself how many steps to walk and to remember to breathe, that was SCARY!!!!!!!! Nobody's THAT dumb!!!!!!! And for someone who's as self-centered as London is she should AT LEAST remember her own last name!!!!!!!! It's all over the hotel for Christ's sake!!!!!! But then again, London can't read!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, what the heck is a "mucisal!!!!!!!!!"

    Chelsea is the smartest... in school anyway. Then Newt, because he CAN be smart. It's just that he uses it only every now and then. Then London. She's the dumbest of them all.

    Adding to that, I'll put Oliver first for common sense. But after Chelsea for smartness for when it comes to school. The new order would be Oliver/Chelsea, Newt, and London.

    You now I think Drake(Parker) will also fit in here somewhere. Right after Oliver.

    Chelsea, Newt then London.
    Chelsea is prolly the smartest since she has some knowledge about nature. Newt, he gets stuff that ppl dont get. Like the Episode Just Desserts, he knew why the pastries expolded.
    London.....the only time she was smart was in the episode where Zack and Cody go to a new dimension.

    I would say Chelsea. None of them seem to have much common sense. However, Chelsea seems to have some book sense.
