Jules: What's going on?
Grayson: Those kids didn't shark your car. I did. I even had Laurie give you this fake address.
Jules: Then whose house is this?
Grayson: It's empty. It's actually your listing. (Shines flashlight on Jules' yard sign)
Jules: Oh, yeah. House shows really well at night.
Grayson: I knew you'd come here and do this.
Jules: Oh, that's what this is about? You just wanted me to look stupid so you could laugh at me again?
Grayson : No, Jules. I mean, didn't you say you wanted a life full of surprises? And look. (The golf cart pulls up and Travis, Bobby, Ellie and Andy get out). Everyone you love's here. And isn't this all kind of like a fairytale? I mean, when I sent Tom to you in the bar, isn't that what you told him you wanted? (Gets down on one knee and takes Jules' hand; a pause) I thought you wanted to do all the talking.
Jules: I'm speechless.
Grayson: Really? You? I love you so much. Will you marry me?
Jules: I'm gonna say yes, so don't get nervous. But I want to think of a way to say it so you know how happy you make me.
Grayson: That was pretty good. (Stands up and puts the ring on her finger;they kiss;Ellie puts her arm around Andy;Travis puts his arm around Bobby;Tom tries to put her arm around Laurie but retracts it immediately).
Jules: I'm not boring, am I?
Grayson: No. You're a crazy person.
