Scott Foley gest stars as Jeff, a very wealthy potential home buyer who is interested in one of Jules overpriced homes. Meanwhile, Ellie with reserves leaves the baby with Andy for a day to prove that she trusts in him.

This episode was plain rubbish, in my opinion, and an ideal example of why this show is heading in the completely wrong direction.

The storyline was completely unoriginal, and it was a total cliche. Additionally, they did nothing to make the episode a little buit funny, and it was completely boiring, while still being somewhat watchable.

There is not even a slight doubt that this show could be good, but with episodes such as this one, they are clearly fast tracking down the wrong direction.

I wouldn't recommend this episode at all, and the show is heading downhill in a very bigg hurry!moreless

Jules is moving along with her life and is meeting a few new men. Grayson has some kind of problem and Bobby is determined to get him to talk. Andy is trying to take more responsibility with the baby and its not going well.moreless

Another entertaining episode of Cougar Town. Despite the low scores obviously thrown up here on the boards this show is doing well and we will be seeing a second season. For the number of negative votes one has to wonder if people are actually watching the program or just giving the show a low number? If they are watching, why?!? Between this show and Modern Family, this is one of ABC's more successful regular hours of television. Remember it is up against Glee in the same time slot as well.

In this episode we meet Jeff who has been shown the same house multiple times and in some ways seems extremely obnoxious. It turns out that he a has a little thing for Jules which is the reason he keeps coming back to see the house.

On the home front Andy with Travis help is keeping an eye more and more on the baby. Andy is not doing the best job with his son, but Ellie ssems to have decided to give him some "rope" to hang himself.

The Grayson piece was a little anti-climactic, but I think we'll see some interesting stuff in the future with him and Jules. Overall an enjoyable episode of Cougar Town. As there are no more episodes until January I thought we might see more of a holiday themed show, but I guess we'll have to wait till next year as those can be very heavy and sentimental.
