Clark Reynolds, the US Deputy Secretary of State, calls Alexander looking for his assistance once again after a U.S. agent lost the package he was guarding to an Iraqi hit squad in Toronto. After securing Alexander's assistance, a team from the U.S. embassy goes to see Alexander and Peter and tells them that Mrs. Ashti Tabis, a prominent member of the Iraqi opposition and widow of the late mastermind of Iraq'a nuclear weapons program, is the package that was lost by Halloway.
