Meanwhile, Jeff thinks he's found true love in a hot bartender by the name of Molly, but little does he know what she has in store for him. And Susan wants to take the next step with Steve and meet the folks -- to his chagrin.moreless

    • Jeff: God, Molly looks even sexier in that elf hat. What is it with me and elf hats? Steve: I don't know, but I really wish I've known about it before we went to see Lord of the Rings.

    • Molly: I like you. If you want to stick around for a few hours, we could go back to my apartment. Have a Christmas drink. Jeff: Absolutely! Oh, shoot. Molly: What? Jeff: I have to be at my family's house in an hour. Molly: Forget about them. Jeff: Well... Molly: Come on. Is your family going to give you the most mind blowing Christmas you've ever had in your entire life? Jeff: What family?

    • (Doorbell rings, Patrick answers the door.) Patrick: Jane!? Jane: Merry Christmas! I brought you a present to cheer you up. Patrick: Thanks, what is it? Jane: Me! I wrapped it myself!

    • Amanda Warren was previously cast in the role of Molly.

    • The 11th episode was to have a been a remake of "The Man with Two Legs." Originally slated to be shot on September 26, 2003, the taping was postponed and moved to November 7. Of course, as NBC canned the show and killed production on Halloween, it never got lensed.

    • When the show got the boot for November sweeps, this episode was retitled, and the holiday was changed to one which doesn't fall in a sweeps month.
