Episode Summary

EDIT
Jeff is still trying to decide wether he should cheat on his girlfriend Julia with Wilma, or not. While his friends try to help him, Jeff is no match in this debate for "devil woman" Wilma. She knows every argument that Susan (the expert in getting her own way) has ever used. Jeff paints himself into a terrifyingly extreme conversational corner, until he blurts out that the reason he can't have sex with Wilma is that his girlfriend is dead...moreless

    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • A rarity in lighthearted sitcoms, to be sure: this is the SECOND episode in the series to contain allusions to necrophelia (the first being Sex, Death & Nudity from season 1).

    • QUOTES (4)

      • Wilma: How many kinds of "oh" noise are there?
        Jeff: 27.

      • Sally (about Wilma): You've got to admire the technique.
        Susan: Very passive-aggressive.
        Patrick: Very what?
Susan: It's what happens when a woman takes control of a conversation.
Patrick: What happens when a man takes control of the conversation?
Susan: I have absolutely no idea.

      • Steve: Where is Patrick?
Jane: He's standing behind my car, guiding it in. I don't know he expects that to work... Oh now I get it.
( Jane gets up and walks to the exit. Patrick, soaking wet, walks in followed by a police officer)
Patrick: Jane, could you please explain to this gentleman why I have been standing in the rain, behind an empty car, shouting, "Park, you stupid B***h!"

      • Jeff: I'm not bad. I've never been bad... I'm fairly new to mild naughtiness, first, obviously.
