In "Bride of the Swamp Monster", when Courage is on the computer, the first person who shows up in the search is Nancy. Her residence is "New Joisey" and her occupation is as an exotic dancer.
The goat never explains what happened to the water! He says the humans "used it up," but how could they use it up enough to the point of there being no water there? And there must have been some water left when the goat drove them away. (Or why would they still have been there?)
It's true that the goat never explained what happened to the water, but the audience can guess what happened.
Near the end of the episode, when the goat pushes Courage down from the top of the mountain, he holds on to a bottle that's jammed into the rocks. When he falls holding the bottle, water pours from the hole.
Apparently, when the humans came, they littered, and the bottle jammed the hole. The goat probably didn't realize this, and that's why he says they "used it up".
Muriel: Oh, Courage, what are we going to do? Soon we'll be flat as pancakes!
The Goat: From now on, my pain will be your pain!
The Goat: Feel better now! There is your hot springs!
Muriel: But where is the water?
Eustace: (watching the Swamp Monster on TV) Ugly man ain't getting no girlfriend back unless she's blind and stupid.
Swamp Woman: I can remember lots of things! Wait. When did we get underwater?
Swamp Monster: Aaaahhh!!!
Muriel: You sprung the spring, Courage, and my pain is completely gone!
"Bride of the Swamp Monster / Goat Pain" was first shown as a new episode of Courage on Scare-Toon Scare-Toon Frightdays.
Judging how the store was called "Kev's Shop" we can assume that the old guy seen in many episodes (the runner of the store) is named Kev. (He's NOT named Floyd. He was called that in "Cowboy Courage," but that doesn't count because it was just a dream.)
In "Bride of the Swamp Monster," a Cartoon Network logo sign is seen sitting in the store. However, it has missing letters so it says "Art on work".
