I don't believe it ever did. I don't even think there were any episodes that I can say I disliked.

What do you guys think? Did Courage the Cowardly Dog ever 'Jump the Shark'?

I guess so. I have noticed that there is a considerable jump in quality from Season 2 to Season 3.

It did change its style a little, but never its atmosphere.

Not really. Just that Season 1 was more darker. That season was had a creepy atmosphere, and was genuinely dark from beginning to end. Season 2 and beyond were pretty much lighter in tone, but it didn't drop in quality. And even then some dark episodes here and there appeared, but less prominent then before.

Overall, a good series. I wouldn't have minded more seasons, but then it could have gotten as bad as it's other companion shows did.

Like others have said, 1st season had a darker tone compared to most other children's shows. ( one of the season 1 episodes used to scare me out of the room, it was the one with that water demon that uses lust to lure in it's victims) and overall, CTCG is one of the rare series that both adults and kids can enjoy.
