  • The Postman: A New Player In The Game Emerges!!

    9.0
Wow this was a totally amazing follow-up episode to last weeks!

I really enjoyed once again seeing the developing team dynamic between Annie & McQuaid, they make such a intriguing duo.

Annie's spy-craft in this episode was way smoother, I loved her idea of a 'distraction' when the police came to her in the new safe house.

I am pretty bummed that we didn't find anything more out about McQuaid's past or just what side of the Spy Game he is on, a red flag was raised when he mentioned Colombia to Annie. I do hope that McQuaid isn't going to be a 'double' agent, that storyline has been played out.

I wasn't too surprised when I find out just what type of girl Calder's lady friend is, I sorta had that figured out in the premiere, however I do hope that it goes somewhere soon, maybe she's involved with the 'Postman'.

Speaking of the 'Postman' I am super intrigued to find just who he or she is, the ball is defiantly in Annie's court now and I am so excited to see how she and the DPD gang are able to unravel this new piece in the game!

Auggie's friend Roger seemed way too paranoid but kinda of endearing I hope we find out just how he got be so freaked out.

I also hope that Hayley and Auggie's relationship doesn't last, but I gotta admit the more I see of them together, the more I like it, they have pretty electric chemistry, still I want Walkerson back together soon! I hate seeing them apart!

McQuaid's gift to Annie at the end of the episode was pretty amazing and so like him LOL!

This was another fantastically well paced episode in the 5th Season I am so excited for next week!

  • Unseen Power

    7.0
Covert Affairs excels when they have episodes where one or more castmembers is on the run in a foreign land. This gave us that, and more, as we had Annie go to a dark place, lying to get information. Good episode, but I still think the show is changing too much in Season 5 and losing its identity.
  • Like the Chemistry

I'm a huge fan of Covert Affairs from the first season. Like the addition of Nic Bishop (as McQuaid). He's a good foil and (hopefully) romantic interest for Annie -- strong guy in his own right, appreciates her real persona, and gives her space. The latest episode had thrills, chases, beautiful shots (loved the house where they hid out), and great chemistry. Love that he gave her a gun as a gift at the end (clever). Can't wait for more.moreless
  • This show keeps getting better and better

I can see where this is going with Annie and McQuaid; kinda like what happened with Eyal except that it might get to something.

I can't wait to know who The Postman is and how it will struck Annie and the agency.

What I don't like is that Auggie seems to have moved on way too quickly.
