The Trants decide to "act as a group" so that the police won't be suspicious - Fitz, however, smells a rat. Fitz takes Penhaligon home and makes love with her. The next day, the two interrogate the Trants, and come to the conclusion that Kenneth was the one who masterminded the killing of Joanne. Barging into one of his services, Fitz reveals to Kenneth's congregation that he was the one who made love to and killed Joanne Barnes, but Michael Trant hands out the pictures of the two making love and the Trants are apprehended.moreless
