Jane cocks the hammer of the pistol twice. The first time is as a sound effect after she tells him to lie down. The second time is on-screen, right before the scene ends.

In the scene between Bilborough and the Chief Super in the latter's office, the Chief Super's hands change position several times between shots.

As Fitz and Penhaligon are escorting Cassidy through a busy shopping centre, a youth in the background can be seen waving to the camera.

Slight goof: When Fitz and Panhandle are bringing the suspect into police HQ, a mob of people swarm around the car. One individual in a blue, black and yellow jacket runs up to the car and gives it a kick as it passes him by. The shot changes to an interior viwe of the car's passengers as they continue to drive forward. In the next shot, the same man in the blue, yellow and black jacket again runs up to the car and gives it a good kick. They either reused the same footage or the actor has a twin.

This is the first episode that Fitz calls Penhaligon "Panhandle".
