Fed up with the rat race, businessman Richard Crane gave up life in the city and emigrated to Casablanca, Morocco, where he opened a beachfront bar and went into business as a smuggler, attracting the attention of the local police chief. Crane can't resist a hard-luck story and is always ready to lend assistance to those in distress.
