People v. Sanabria
AIRED:
A man is tried for the rape of a woman. What would seem like an easy case, difficulties appear because the victim had been inebriated and may have not been fully aware of her actions. Luckily, the defendant gives the least plausible testimony that he could give, which would give him a jail sentence.moreless

  • A one-night stand gone awry. This female enlistee engaged in a tawdry act and regretted it later. Sanabria\'s racist attorney is worthless. Where was the driver? Why didnt girl call 911? All white jurors? Injustice anywhere threatens justice everyway!!!moreless

This episode is reminiscent of the south in the 50\'s. Here is a case of a white woman having sex with a mexican and regretting it. It is apparent that it was consensual. This supposed victim carried her cell phone the entire time using it only to call a cab. How ridiculous was that? She said the driver was not involved, so why didn\'t she ask him to stop the act. I loathe sexual predators, however, this screams of drunken behavior on both parties. She knew martial arts, navy sailor, and was more athletic. Convict the guilty, not those simply accused because of remorse of the girl!!! She even admitted to having to remember the event, the truth lives, lies don\'t. If only this guy didn\'t have a public defender. His sentence of 50 years to life plus 11 years, unfair to say the least. This is one case that should be viewed by the public and the appeals court.I hope this is a pivotal episode prompting this guys release!!moreless
