I saw MGG in a couple of promo's for this episode, but considering that his character is working in the field with "blinding" headaches and Ashley Seaver, maybe getting acupuncture or an aromatherapy massage wouldn't be such a bad thing after all.
I am bouncing back and forth... I suppose since Super Seaver isn't in this episode I might watch. I sure hate to support anything CM at the moment though

The preview did look good, and I especially liked the segment of the clip you mentioned where Reid was explaining the 12 step program. Like you, I am not quite sure how they are going to tie the program in with a couple of spree killers. Unfortunately, the writing as of late does not give me much confidence that this won't be a huge swing and a miss, but again, as long as agent extraordinaire Seaver is not in it, I am willing to give it a shot.
I'm just hoping this doesn't turn out like the coming attractions they show at the movie theater; set up is great, your excited to see the movie, but then, ugh, it ends up being a flop.

What the heck was that? All I kept thinking was that they had finally managed to create an episode worse than the HAT episode. You know a series is running out of steam when they have to start resorting to overt sexual scenes.

yeah, that was out of control. I didn't like it because of all the killing up front. I know people get killed in almost every show, but in 20 minutes, 20 or more people were killed in the most up front brutal way, I end up covering my eyes. I guess the point of this show is start to turn on me. WTH was the image of them in traditional wedding dress had to be put in there. That was a goofy. But this was really bad and the cast wasn't really there either.
I found it interesting, just not very Criminal Minds-ish. Most of it was the criminals, not the profiling. And then the ending; "Am I in danger?" "We all are" -dramatic music-... and we're shown a random scene of someone getting murdered in Russia. That was face palm worthy.
Ah! Why do the writers try so hard to give the characters extra strife? I'd think they'd have enough working for the FBI, but no, everybody's got something.
I just hope this 'escaped prisoner' scenario won't be as cliche as it's set up to be.
Haven't seen it yet but I'm guessing based on the tv.com synopsis for this and the next two episodes that this is the beginning of the end for Prentiss. Hopefully I'm wrong but I doubt it.
I really do pray that Prentiss stays; I'm all for having some development with her character, but I do not want Paget out of the show. Anyway, this episode was all too predictable. Isn't there someone from the CM crew who understands that the show isn't what it used to be? Is everyone really comfortable with how poorly Season 6 has been written and directed so far? Has everyone lost their shred of common sense?
Is Criminal Minds in danger? Can you see it? Do you see it? Get your Visine on!

Hi,
I just watched the episode and i got to say it wasn't that bad.
Well ok, actually it was. It would've been ok for any random crime show, but for cm it pretty much sucked. I mean imho it had almost nothing of which makes cm a joy to watch in it. Almost no witty banter between morgan and garcia, almost no team interaction and almost no profiling. It was pretty much centered on the two criminals and eventually they caught them. Way too predictable, i mean i would've caught them and i'm no profiler.
And whats with this season of secrets crap? So prentiss has someone from her past coming after her. Seriously? I mean apart from the fact that almost every crime show out there has done something just like that, how many secrets are those guys supposed to have?
If cm continues to go down that path i don't see my self watching season 7, that is if they get picked up anyway.
Cheers
I guess I'm one of the few that actually liked this episode. Though I agree the bit at the end with Prentiss was just okay... but really how much can you do with a minute left in the show? Over all the fact is that this one was one of the most brutal episodes shown and it was a bit over the top for the CM of the past which were more suggestive with certain violent scenes. I guess now that Seaver is a part of the show they had to make a comment on where she was since they are going down that road. I was happy to see MGG in the episode but I wish they would have kept some of the previous episode going. Is he still getting headaches? But perhaps we will see more of that later. I wish I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the next one. All in all it kept my attention. Even if some of it was difficult to watch because of the nature of the show. It's a good thing they put the disclaimer in the front of the episode. It's the first time I recall seeing that on this show.

| The rice on the floor which led the team to think the unsubs are newly wed -- I'm lost. What's connection between rice and recent marriage? |
I think it has to do with the fact that traditionally rice has been thrown at the bride and groom as they make their exit out of the venue they got married in, although, I think rice has been banned from being thrown in many states because of the fact that many pigeons were choking to death on them. Yeah, don't know why I added that little fact, but I did ![]()
