The references to Jezebel come from two different parts of the Bible. The quotes "I shall cast her into a bed," "I gave her space to repent of her fornications," and "she calleth herself a prophetess to teach and to seduce my servants" are from Revelations, Chapter 2. This "Jezebel" is believed to refer to anyone who leads people away from the true faith. The second quote by Tobias concerning Jezebel being eaten by dogs is from 2 Kings 9, describing the historical queen, Jezebel, who has turned the Kingdom of Israel from worshipping God to worshipping Baal. Her fate is to be hurled out a window, and then her body is left to be eaten by dogs.
