God knows how much I love this show, and I totally get the message that was trying to pass through, but I just want for a change a Garcia more mature, more professional but less naive and surely less drama queen. Come on Penelope you can do it!

agree i love Garcia, but she needs to be less drama queen, more funny amusing, relax, selfconfident like on previous seasons, not such a nervous brake

This is the first time ever I've posted, but I have to argue. Of course, pro- and anti-death penalty are never going to see eye-to-eye, but I completely get Garcia in this. You can acknowledge that someone has done horrible things, but also argue that the State doesn't have the right to kill someone. Or believe that the death penalty is about nothing but base revenge and has no place in a civilized society.Or my personal place, that so many people have been exonerated from death row, that irreversible punishment has no place in a fallible justice system. How you see Garcia in this episode is inextricably linked to your feelings on the death penalty, so I guess we know where Garcia and Morgan each stand.

I used to like Penelope. After this episode though, I have drastically changed my mind. For someone that sees the horrible things she has seen, someone that has worked with it for ten years, someone who is supposed to be brilliant...she is a total selfish whiny bitch! Would she be crying if he had succeeded in killing her colleague? She certainly would not be crying if he had succeeded in killing her! I understand that she is not an agent blah blah, but... Morgan was right in treating her the way he did, and I hope that he can make her understand how much he, a true friend, would be missing her if that killer she was blubbering about had done what she stopped him from doing. Sure, it is sad he had no one, but most people that have gone through the same kind of life do not end up as killers....there has to be a limit to what we allow people to get away with because of their past.moreless
