  • With episodes like this the series is doomed.

There was no mystery in this episode. You knew that the first woman claiming to be the dead guy's wife had to be his girlfriend. You knew the wife would show up and be mad and threaten legal action. You knew the slimeball therapist had to be the killer. I actually gave up on the 30 minutes into it.
  • jordan goes under cover to find the killer of a mother and her sun while bug and lily end up in a horrible situation

  • some new faces...

Well Pollack is back and helps maintain the gap between Woody and Jordan...

He had a source and the source is dead, shot in the head. Her kid was dead in a hotel, two cases turned into one.

A new character appears, detective Lu.

This was a fun episode, specially the scenes with Bug and Lily about the sperm and of course the scene with Pollack and Jordan in Eli's office when they checked in as a couple in trouble.

The punch Pollack gave him was great too.

Looks like Pollack and Lu are here to stay, she is settling down and he likes Jordan's pajamas lol the ducks and the sheepsmoreless
  • With the introduction and immersion of new characters, this episode sets the shape of things to come.

    7.0
With the continuing tension between Woody and Jordan, and the new additions Lu and J.D Pollack combined with the classic ironic humour we know and love, this episode shapes up well.

The storyline is split between the death of a young boy and (who we later find out) is his mother, and the ironically humourous storyline of a dead man and his mistresses quest for his sperm. Sideline to this, new departmental psychologist Lu arrives and seems intent on causing trouble for Woody.

Although I do feel like the forensic aspect of the drama sometimes lost out to the personal material. J.D and Jordans banter was well worth it.moreless
  • New love interests and the tension still strong between Jordan and Woody.

    9.0
I would first like to say, that I did like this episode. I thought that they writers laid a good foundation for the new love interest for Jordan and Woody. And if Pollack found it necessary to ask Woody if he could go after Jordan, than I hate to state of obvious but Woody must still have a thing for Jordan. It is obvious that the working relationship between Woody and Jordan is taking a toll on the rest of the morgue staff.

I liked seeing more of Bug in this episode, and Nigel is so funny. I hope that they have laid the foundation for a love interest for Bug, maybe Lilly. Although the case was interesting I found it distracting, but the situation with Jordan and Pollack was classic.

Overall I liked this episode, was very good and opened a lot of doors for the writers. Keep them coming, you keep this viewer coming back every week.
