Episode Summary

The DPP wrestles with the decision of whether to prosecute a young boy who killed his brother. With conflicting assessments by the psychologists and conflicting opinions of the parents, it is difficult to determine if the death was an accident or if the boy is a sociopath completely unrepentant for what he has done. Erin and Rhys reach the end of the 'Boltcutter Babes' case, though their relationship has reached a cool and awkward place since Erin kissed him. Erin is still unsure what they are fighting for, in prosecuting an abused woman, and her problems with the case are not helped by the 'Save Joanne' picketers outside and inside court.
