Looks like it might be cancelled. It's not in the listing as far as I can see.

That site doesn't seem trustworthy.. Maybe there is just a break until there is a gap in the schedules where there may be little competition?

    That just simply isn't true.

Hiatus = a break of more than a couple of weeks, sans repeats.

Shows go on hiatus all the time for various reasons.

Boston Legal went on Hiatus in April last year and was due to return in May but was held over to September where it was added to a full second season order. (this was for the very successful launch of Grey's Anatomy)

Commander-In-Chief is currently on hiatus to give them time to make a long run of episodes to show to the end of the season.

Out of Practice is also on hiatus while Courting Alex takes it's slot, it's due back soon in a new slot. (performed well)

Everwood is another show that is on hiatus, but is coming back with a double dose after Related finishes (and that's been since 8 Dec)

Nearly all of NBC's shows have been on hiatus due to the Olympics.

I could go on and on and on but I'm sure you get the point. If not, then, well...I give up.

In the case of dreadfully performing shows, this can signify that it's on the edge of a cliff, but is by no means definite.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

    - Crumbs is only in it's first season, none of the other shows you mentioned are.

    - None of the other shows on ABC are on hiatus

    - Replacing shows with other shows during hiatus is bad.

Commander in Chief is still in Season 1. And Wikipedia is not a reliable source of information.

... I also believe "Out of Practise" is in it's first season.

And thanks for clearing the confusion about Wikipedia. I totally agree with you that it is definitely not a reliable source. However that doesn't mean it isn't true.

    - But I guess a gap this big after only 5 aired episodes can't be a good sign. :/

I would not say Wikipedia is totally reliable, but it's as good as anything... many comparisons have been done, and it has an average error rate similar to that of Encyclopedia Brittanica.

However, I cannot find anything stating that Crumbs will be back in June, other than that. The good news is that it may, unlike most shows that get put on hiatus in their first season, so it may get a chance if the ratings are good enough... though the odds of that are very slim.

I am now thinking that a British person visited the ABC site and saw the American format in date for the latest episode and became confused..

I wouldn't be suprised of a summer airing though, as I think I said before.. They shouldn't waste it now if they aren't getting good ratings, as it may get better ratings with little competition in the summer.
