Mitch: (to Jody) Wait, wait, wait! Wait a minute... "Maybe we'll stop for ice cream"? She just came down here with what we thought was a gun to "whack" our father, and you want to get her ice cream?
Suzanne: You can come, too!
Mitch: (shouting) This is not normal behavior!
Suzanne: (after the family comes home from the hospital) Maybe later I'll make us a chicken!
Jody: Are you up to it?
Suzanne: Yeah, might be fun. I haven't been allowed around knives for a while.
Jody: Uh, hey, Mom... Do you want any of your pills? It's been two hours.
Mitch: Would you stop with the pills! She's doing great.
Suzanne: That's because I'm on pills.
