Goof: Captain Gideon says near the end of the episode that they survived there first battle with the Drahk.
The pilot episode "War Zone" did contain a battle with the Drahk.
This error is most likely due to this episode being the last of the first wave of episodes filmed.
TNT demanded a new pilot and a revamp (uniform change)and that these episodes should be shown first resulting in many continuity errors.

Goof: During the scenes where the alien entity is taking over some people while avoiding others, it appears that the alien entity is covertly trying to take over the ship. The alien entity leaves written symbols of its language all over the ship before possessing everyone, yet it wants to remain undiscovered.

The timer on the bomb is initally set to 666, the Number of the Beast.

In The Battle of the Line, the final battle of the Earth-Minbari War, Earth threw up everything they had, and anybody who could fly. It was a last ditch attempt to save Earth, and meant to stall the inevitable defeat of Earth so that some civilians could escape from Earth.

In the episode, it's stated that Robert Black, Brian Thompson's character, was a gropos (infantry soldier) who fought during the Battle of the Line. The Battle of the Line was a space battle fought as a last attempt to save the Earth. How exactly would a trained infantryman fight in a space battle? Garibaldi was originally an infantryman in the Babylon Five series and used a fighter a few times. However, he must have received special training as exemplified by the the shuttle flights on Mars that he captained.

Goof: When the fog is rolling through the Drakh ship, the Drakh toward the front of the screen is visibly breathing.

Galen was Elric's apprentice. Elric was the Technomage which appeared on Babylon 5 episode 2x03, "The Geometry of Shadows," where the Technomages were first mentioned.
