  • Good episode with an original plotline. Exactly why I watch this series.

    9.1
    "Superb"
I loved the case with the biting. The ending was really unexpected. I could have swarn that it was either the husband, or "Buffy227." When it turned out to the be the little girl, I was really shocked. She just seemed so innocent.

The dynamics between characters were good, and Grissom spitting the ketchup out was hilarious. The look on Catherine's face was priceless. Very nicely done, CSI!

Plus that cute GSR moment! "You know, you don't have to sleep in the same bed to have sex. Or....romance..." Very nice.

This episode was great the first time, but even better on rereuns!
  • Pity the plot was so heavily based on the Micheal Peterson Case - if you are going to watch that story you are far better off with \"Death on a Staircase\"

    "Bad"
As soon as it was revealed that the previous wife had died in the same manner, I began to feel a touch squeemish. the bluring of the lines between reality and fiction, then the casting of the final blame on someone who in the real case was entirely innocent seemed at best in poor taste. I\'d suggest instead you watch Jean-Xavier de Lestrade\'s Death on the staircase documentary.

  • A woman lies died on a set of stairs, the husband seems upset but he has a few secrets for the team to chew on.

    "Good"
trust me i really liked this episode and i love this show... but they should start changing the name of the show to s.c.i. Sex Crime Investigation. Whats next? someones get stabbed from behind during a massive orgy? ( get it? lol)Anyways C.S.I people: steer clear from the fetish sites and show me i am wrong!
  • Great episode, nice twists... but what is UP with all the slow-mo's?

    9.0
    "Superb"
It's the first show this season that made me feel like I was watching CSI again, the mystery, the quips and the twists... the twists are the most important plot element in CSI.

Also, call me weird, but I am always intrigued by episodes in which childeren aren't playing their cute little roles. Like the episode with the two sisters and their cat-loving neighbour. Or the one in which the alleged sexual assault victim actually orchestrated the whole thing.

I still want story arcs, but maybe that's not everyone's cup of tea. However, one thing I wouldn't miss are the damn MTV/Matrix non functional slow-mo's, like the last scene with Kathryn... please, enough with the flashy stuff already!
  • Grishom and the team investigates the death of Becky Lester, a woman possibly having an affair.

    6.3
    "Fair"
This was ok, pretty predictable though, the

husband's alibi is as phony as they come, plus

he is having an affair of his own.

Instead of coming across as the grieving

husband, Ray Lester, looks more like a deadbeat

dad. This episode was good but nothing I haven't

seen before and the little twist with

the "daughter" I saw coming a mile away.
  • One of the best episode in this series.

    "Perfect"
I love this episode. I know I will like this episode since the opening. This episode is more like the original CSI, in which the CSI use scientific method to investigate the crime, and this is one funny episode. The team has once investigate a crime together (that's what we call a team). Yeah, and that's what I like, and that is great. I like watching the team together, investigating the same case. I don't know this is loosely based on the real-life case, because this case seems hard to solve. The CSI who solve this case must be a genius. The only thing I can say is: I LOVED THIS EPISODE. One of the best episode in this series.
  • A girl was found dead on the stairs.

    9.0
    "Superb"
This was a good episode because there were like alot of problems with the marriage so they looked at the husband for a long time. But it really switches on you when it ends up being HIS DAUGHTER!!!!! Yeah she killed her because she found out she was cheating on her dad so she went crazy. She sneaked out of her grandpas house (thats where she was staying the night at) and killed her it was great the wife was also black mailing her husbund because she figured out a secret about him. Oh and he also looked really bad because his other wife died on the stairs.
  • um...Grissom?

    9.0
    "Superb"
What was up with Grissom being a butt to everyone? Josh Berman must have been having a really crappy day while writing this one. And the sexual innuendos between him and Sara were making me uncomfortable, especially when combined with Grissom's coldness. Definitely an interesting case, though not too surprising a one coming from this team of writers. It was refreshing to see Nick all gaga for a woman ... cute. Especially when he forgot the husband/ father's name while talking to the biter. Poor guy. He needs a woman! Overall, it was okay. Not the best, not the worst.
  • Glad the team is back together

    9.4
    "Superb"
I am glad the team is back working together. It just seamed like last season when they were apart there was more tension between the teams than when they were working togther. I hope that Catherine and Warrick will continue with their flirtatious relationship. Back to this episode, I never would have thought the killer was who it was.
  • I liked seeing everyone work together.

    9.1
    "Superb"
I liked how this episode had only one case, and it allowed the old team to all work together again. I liked all the one-liners in this ep, too, like from Brass and from Dr. Robbins. A great episode. Special note-- I loved how the new guy asked Greg where he gets his hair cut. :)
  • Not a bad ep

    8.8
    "Great"
Well, this episode turned out to be not what I expected which is a good thing from what I saw of the promos. Great to see Greg working back in the field again. Very interesting twist at the end with the daughter. Loved Greg\\\'s line about the oder eaters. Lot of great pop culture references with Led Zeppelin and Stairway to Heaven and the nod to Buffy the Vampire Slayer with the Dentists user name for e-mail. Next weeks ep looks like it may be good. Liked how they spoofed the X-files in the promos.
  • A good, but not great episode.

    8.7
    "Great"
I liked and disliked this episode. It was a good episode because it had some great character development and I liked how the case was set up. I thought that the quote that Catherine had about how lovers and co-workers never work out was quite interesting. Is it just some random comment or was it added to play with the minds of fans. Who knows? Only time will tell.

I must say I do not like how they seem to being doing things in slow motion. It can kind of get annoying after a while. What is wrong with normal time? Still, overall, it was another good episode from a series I just can't seem to get enough of.
