  • The six season begins with a bang. (No pun intend.)

At last the teams are back together!! I started singing a song about how the teams are back in town (just like the song the boys are back in town but with team.) I thought it was a great start. We see that they aren't just going to pretend that nothing happened to Nick and that he is still scared of what happened to him. We learn that Warrick has gotten married to his girlfriend and that Catherine isn't too happy about it. We also see the return of Sofia however not to the lab, now she is a Detective which could make for some interesting moments this season.

It was a great start to a great season and now we just have to see where the season will take us and what Grissom with the secret help of Archie will do about the tape that has been found.

  • songs in episode is "My Humps" by Black Eyed Peas

The name of the song used in the stripper classroom is \"My Humps\" by the Black Eyed Peas.

They were questioning the \"teacher\" of stripping and there was a song playing the background that other \"strippers\" were practicing to... does anyone know the name or performer of this song? I have heard it only once before and no one seems to know the name of this song. Any help that can be provided would be appreciated!

  • What I am wondering is if someone can tell me the name of the song that was playing while they were talking to "teacher" of dance...

The team is back together. Finally! ALL RIGHT!!!! Took them long enough to be honest. Warrick's married!!!!!!! I so thought Catherine and him would hook up but I guess this is good? So did anyone else see the like little competition going on between Sara and Sofia(who is now a cop)? I don't know if that was just me but someones gotta respond to this for me so I don't think i'm going to go crazy. Other than that Nick's still a bit spooked (who wouldn't be?) What's with this tape that Grissom has that supposed to be just between him and archie? I'm kinda wondering what's going to happen there. Time will tell.
  • Great way to start off the sixth season.

Wonderful way to start off the sixth season. Grissom and Catherine were able to bring both teams together again, and solve three seperate cases. There was a trailer explosion, with a couple inside, two bodies found in a trunk, and a stripper in a bad part of town. All three of the cases were interesting, but there were really two important parts in the episode. Warick is now married and Catherine is a little shaken up "The best part of a fantasy is imagining it will come true, and now. It sucks." And in the end of the episode Grissom is listening to the tape of the man who kidnapped Nick in the finale, and he thinks he may have an acomplass. "The voice is it male or female." Or is it Warrick's new wife, I guess well have to keep watching to find out.
  • Season Premiere YAY!

It was good but not as good as I thought it would be. I was hoping they would have more about Nick. Seems werid that he just pops back into work. It was a good storyline too. I think that this season should have lots of good things coming up.
  • Bravo CSI and CBS

All though I found this episode hard to watch because of the whole draining of the body, I was quite pleased to see the return of Louise Lombard as Sofia Curtis. Even as a Detective, she brings a certain something to the CSI cast that was missing before her appearance in Formalities.

As for the episode, I had to look away a few times because of the gory affect, which is quite unusual for me; I can stand almost anything that does not have to do with spit or drool, but this one, I have to say turned my stomach.
  • Catherine is jealous.

    9.5
    "Superb"
First of all I want to say this show is one of my all time favorites and this episode was great. After saving Nick from death Warrick realizes life is short and asks his girlfriend to marry him without telling anyone. When Catherine notices the ring on his finger she seems to be jealous. Warrick finally gets her to talk about his marriage and she reveals that she had fantasied about herself and Warrick. Meanwhile Grissom gets a tape recovered from where Nick was buried and after listening to it realizes Nick's kidnapper may have had an accomplice. The team solves 2 more cases and has a suspect in another but they cannot find him.

This being the season 6 premiere it was very good. It has opened up new plots and maybe a romance. As usual the cases were cool and the characters acted well. Another great episode.

Bodies In Motion was the perfect reunion of our Las Vegas crimesolvers. The proud walk they all do & chores for everyone. However, the new credits dazzled me more. 5 seasons & 4 years of the same pallete got real old. Image overload, jarring edits & vivid color made the credits As Important As the story of Bodies In Motion Itself. Also Robert David Hall & Eric Szmanda like everyone else, got 2 Images to represent them-the final measure of cast equality. I had not been engaged by A season premiere since 3's Revenge Is Best Served Cold, when Hall & Szmanda were first promoted to full castmember.
  • the csi's work on several different cases.

i love csi....i love it when they focus on more than one case.

this episode was great and it had me guessing untill the very end....some episodes it is easy to guess where it is headed...while others such as this one can surprise u.

when the csi's found the two decomp bodies in the trunk..thats was just awesome...i can imagine how bad that smelled. this episode was great on so many different levels...we have jus grown with the characters mayb identified with them..the trailer explosion was great that kept me guessin ans surprised me at the end..when the drunk neighbor "flew" his car into it.

    great episode
  • The team is back, united under the yellow crime scene tape!

    "Superb"
I thought this episode was pretty darn good. I liked how they through in the part about how Warrick got married. I think Catherine was a little hurt, but just kind of brushes it off. The overall crimes in the episode I thought could have been better for a season opener. I have two favorite parts from this episode. The first one is the very beginning of the episode. I liked when they were all walking to the crime scene together. My other favorite part was when Catherine and the Detctive were at the place where they taught the strippers. I just thought it was kind of comical. Overall it was a good episode.
  • it was good to have the guys back. warrick married? whao what i didnt understand is why the blond one took it badly, did she want to go out with him or what. she sullen all through the episode. i dont know cos i missed some episodes does she dig him?

  • Woot for the team being back & together!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!

Ok, there is SO MUCH that goes on in this episode, here I'll make a list of some of the things:

    - The arrival of Spor—erm—Sofia

    - We learn that Warrick is now married. (Poor Cath! She looked so sad! And during the scene when they were talking about it, she looked like she was gonna cry!)

    - The introduction of the Fugly Farmer's Hat!!! (For all you GSR shippers out there.) (Oh, and I actually I don’t really know if it was the intro or not, but I still sqealed.)

    - Poor Nick is still scared (or whatever) of bugs. I felt bad for him…

    - No GSR though, kinda disappointing. (For me.)

    - And… erm… well I think that’s it. Hmm… yep I guess so.

A really great Season 6 premiere, in my opinion! :)
  • It's backk! It's finally back!

Okay, first off, I went crazy because I'm crazy about CSI and I missed it all summer. Now, my critique.

I think it's fantastic that the team is back together now as the Sexy Six (honestly, have you seen nerds that look hotter?). The plot was well planned out and made for quite an intresting story, though I doubt that all six of them would arrive at one scene in a trailer park at once and make that dramatic entrance. It was nice to see a bit of continuity for once from TPTB with Nick flinching at the bug. I liked the setting, it was certainly different from the rich-ish houses that we always see. I think it's important to realize that not everyone gets rich in Vegas and moves into a 7500 square foot mansion in Seven Hills.

All in all, I was too busy squealing that CSI was back to really pay much attention to the detail in this episode, though I do know that it was a very good episode.
  • Team is back! Team is back!

    "Superb"
I am so, so, happy about this show!

Because the team is back finally!

After being into two teams last fifth season

Which upset so many fans of the show

They are finally back as Gil wanted them back

Poor Nick is still trying to recover from his near fatal burial

    That made him barely alive

He now has a new appreciation of life

As well as what he does for his job

Glad that the team is brought back together

As are most fans are glad!

It is a long time that I can make a review again. This episode changes a lot. But still I can wait for more. This teleserye(TV Series) despite some fictional technologies on it, it is great to study more Science. I hope that the team will be consistent on it. Good Luck!!!!!
  • Run of the mill stuff.

Aren't season openers supposed to start with a bang? This episode was pretty boring. The team is back together again and... nothing interesting happens. The car going through the house was pretty cool, but they could have drug this out for the entire episode. Instead, we got some filler stories about drugs drugs in cinnamon rolls and a strip club limo. I expect a lot more from CSI.
  • The cases may not have been the most interesting in CSI history, but the once thought to be abandoned humor of Season 1 is back--almost.

The cases may not have been the most interesting in CSI history, but the once thought to be abandoned humor of Season 1 is back--almost. The lights are still dim as ever, and seem to be darkening with each season. In reading the spoilers for this episode (it's not that I didn't try to abstain from reading them, it's just some "spoiler whores" have difficulty finding the spoiler threads...) I'd believed the writers had finally gone insane when they decided to marry off Warrick. The finished product, however, restored the much faith I had lost in the scriptors. It's obvious Warrick had gotten married not only because "life is so short," but to test Cath's reaction. Now that he knows she's in love with him (hence the "fantasy" speech), he can get a divorce and declare his everlasting love for Catherine.
  • I waited all summer for this and it was well worth it!!!

OMG!! I was excited after just the new title sequence!! That was awesome. But serriously, the show opened up with the trailer blowing up! I mean come on guys! That was frickin amazing! This season is going to be better than last season, which I'm sad to say wasn't the best season ever but the finale made up for it. But yeah, the team is back together again, Nick is messed up from being buried, Warrick is married (holy crap did not see that coming) and the rest of the guys are just great! The story line can go so far now and I can't wait to see what this season brings.
  • With the team back together, they are catching bad guys left and right!

    "Superb"
I was shocked last season when the gang was split up! I was glad to see everyone back together. And even gladder to see they did not just drop the season finale! I think it is great they are incorporating the aftermath into the new season. Are we going to see Nick fall apart? Don’t know yet, but I feel something major coming.

Okay, who else was floored to see the wedding ring on Warrick? I am still not sure if I am disappointed or happy for him. Really thought there would be more to the Warrick and Cath thing, maybe later in the season.

Overall, I liked the episode. By far I think the case with the bodies in the trunk were my favorite, a lot of great quotes came from this part! I am sucked in and waiting for next Thursday!

  • Thought nothing would happen, but it was very interesting.

I've watched many season premiers this week and none have disappointed me. This episode was funny especially when the drunk guy tried to run and they actually got a few shots of Vegas in the background. Usually shows don't film where the story is set. Nick may be developing a phobia of bugs but it doesn't seem that bad. Also Warrick's character is being developed. He got married but we haven't seen his wife so let's see where that is going. Cases were simple but still entertaining to watch. Also with the accomplice on the audio tape. I wander if the crime lab will get a villain, someone out to get the CSI's. That would be great for a continuous story throughout the show.
  • The teams all back and there's changes afoot.

    "Superb"
This was a great seson opener. There have been both chages and after effects because of the season ender. It's good to see how a tradegy can effect people. We see that Nick isn't completely over his experience. Warrick makes some changes in his life. Even Catherine admits a secret. Complelling stuff.
  • A little on the cluttered side

    8.1
    "Great"
I think there was too much going on and it took away from the overall enjoyment. For a season premier, aren't you supposed to focus on something to remind people how interesting and great it is instead of making them pay attention to 4 different storylines like a midseason episode.

I also think it was silly to NOT talk about how the team got back together after that was all the advertisements could bark about. If it's supposed to be such a big deal it should've AT LEAST been discussed for a minute or two.

It had some CLASSIC quotes, though, and some AWESOME interaction between Catherine and Warrick.

Catherine: So, you get the team back together only to break us apart again. What kind of perverse game are you playing here, Gil?

    Grissom: I'm not a pervert.

I couldn't post it on the quotes page because I'm new to the site, but I wanted to get it in here somehow.
  • A great show that I like watching. I really think that the teams mold well together and they develop more and more each week.

It was a good season premier. It was nice to see the two teams come together at the start of the show. Even though they were all seperated by the end of the show, it was nice to see them all together. The only part that I didn\'t like was the whole three different theories in how the trailer exploded.
  • Not the best they have done, But still going to be one of my favorites.

    8.9
    "Great"
Well season 6 started with strong momentum and high hopes after the season five fanalie wich in my opinion was one of the best ever. Feature film lenght and storyline i would have easily paid to see it at the local drive in (regular theaters are too dang expensive) but thats besieds the point. Not the best episode they have put out but still good none the less.

A little confusing if you didnt watch closley but kinda shollow in the story but when they have 3 or more cases in one episode time really limits what they can do it was pretty much somthing happened and then boom they solved it.

I loved the flying car thing tho it is acctually so crazy that it could have happened for real. But I think tv cops or csi people could only figure it out. Not saying real cops arent that smart but we have all seen police in our own towns and thought "they gave this guy a gun?"

All in all the ending was what I liked the most but if it becomes a personal mission for grissom to find the other guy it may kill intrest we all have seen show that start to focus on one character and it kinda flops from there as long as it is one or two episodes it will be alright.

And on a side note I would liek to see at least one "Action Scene" prefably with grissiom or stokes Kickin somones butt just once :D
  • Simple Story, bland staring to the season.

    7.0
    "Good"
This was a rather simple and straightforward episode. The investigations werent that exciting either. More like get them as they come. I was hoping for a rather smashing start to the season but well it wasn't. Warrick got married at a drive-in realising that life was short, the realisation coming from the Nick Kidnapping incident and well really if anyone who should have got married should have ben Nick. Catherine freaked at the wedding of Warrick which made little sense to me (I must have missed some plot twists earlier). I miss the old Greg. This one isnt funny anymore. Sofia Curtis is back as a Detective (hmmm didnt see that one coming either).

Well it was an average episode really. Will give it a Above Average only due to my bias.
  • Marg's Lopsided Upper Lip

    8.5
    "Great"
Good episode but I couldn't stop fixating on Marg's lopsided upper lip from what appears to be a bad collagen injection. Apparently the camera folks have noticed too and tried to minimize the botched job with certain camera angles. Please Marg--no more lip injections! You look just fine without it!
  • I liked that one.

    8.8
    "Great"
A decent start to the new season. Well we couldn’t expect a better episode than the season finale from Tarantino, so it was a nice episode. It sure didn’t reach the level of Tarantino, but it was good. I liked it. There are some changes on the show, witch we have to wait, what impact they’ll have. For example the fact that Warrick is married. What’s going to change because of that fact? I really don’t know. I think the new things are only small, but they could work out really great.

Well there isn’t much to say about the story. Well written and played.

The new opening credits or the changed ones (how ever you will name it) I liked too. I think after five years of almost the same, a little change is in order.
  • Impressive Season Premier!!!

    9.0
    "Superb"
This is what people called a real Season Premier!

Good start for the 6th season with many crimes and lots of dead bodies. Anyway, they should not carry on the mysteriousness (especially about Grissom and Nick)until the next episode because waiting for 7 days is really itchy. I believe many people are looking forward to see the next one like me.
