"Double Fault" just verifies the old adage that sometime the most obvious answer is the right one. When it was mentioned during the tennis match that the two players were best friends, I knew immediately who the killer was. However knowing that did not prevent me from enjoying this episode tremendously. It is one of the best of the season. One of the reasons why I liked it so much is its well written script. I like the twists and turns this episode took. Seeing how everything concering the slain tennis player's past came together was very well done. I was not too crazy about the storyline concerning Hodges' fiancee but that was only a small flaw in an otherwise very entertaining episode. It's nice to know that one of televisions' greatest crime dramas can still deliver.
