  • Heartbreaking

    9.0
Very good show but heartbreaking about 3 friends being mislead and then 2 losing their lives. Well done.
  • Very nice Sara episode

    9.0
I very much enjoyed this episode. Pleasantly surprised at the amount of Sara scenes. She's hardly featured in the promos; what gives?

The case was interesting enough, but the big draw for me was the interaction between DB and Sara. Great scenes. Personally, I think the DB/Sara chemistry/dynamic is much more interesting than DB and Finn.

Danson remains a great addition to the show. He manages to have a meaningful scene with all the characters. This one focused more on DB's ability to relate to Sara. If we can't have Grissom back, then I would like to see more Sara/DB scenes, platonically of course.moreless
  • Connection Broken.......

    3.0
Opening scence of the race was very good. Then it falls flat after that. Didn't like story and the cast wasn't used right or at all. No Brass! Whats up with that. Vartan was there but hardly used. I don't believe the haracters are connecting together like they used too. Don't like Finn or Morgan. I don't like the CSIs going into a room with guns drawn like they are the cops. It doesn't fit or feel right. The connection of the team and the writing not on the same page any more. I am kind of losing my connection with the show.moreless

    • D.B.: Can you imagine, the whole world seems upside down to you, enemies in every shadow, never knowing for sure what's real and what's not, and then you finally meet two friends? People you have a dream in common with.
      Sara: For once you fit?
D.B.: Yeah. Like three gears, three damaged gears that are finally meshing, and they're working, they're racing, they're not just dreaming.
Sara: Until it all goes up in flames, because... there really was someone lurking in the shadows.
      D.B.: Crazy, isn't it?

    • Greg: I'm actually working the case. And I think that we're looking at it all wrong.
      Sara: Cite your source.
Greg: The debris field. It's way too big for an accidental explosion, like you theorized. No offense.
Sara: None taken... if you're right.

    • Nick: Live fast, die young.
David: Not me. The wife's pushing for a minivan. Bugging me about safety ratings and... car seat compatibility.
Nick: So, do you have some news to share?
David: No, no, it's still hypothetical. But hypothetically... I don't want my kid's first impression of his dad to be some minivan-driving geek.
Nick: What are you worried about? Your kid's still gonna think you're the coolest guy on the planet. That is till Uncle Nicky comes over and picks him up in a GT500.
      David: Thanks, man.
      Nick: You're welcome.
