AHHHHHHHHH i just had to say something to blow some steam (good steam) because i just got a package in the mail from alliance atlantis and it contained 2 csi miami hats and a DVD of Miami, and CSI SEASON 5!!!! I like season 6 better but it doesn't matter because I also got a note saying it was from the Vice President of CSI!!!!!!!!
    How did you get that??????????????

I honestly have no idea. My dad used to know a guy who worked at alliance atlantis, who gave him two CSI posters.(they were Miami and NY) but he quit. I think my dad emailed the VP guy. The note is up in my room! It's so cool!!! It says: From all of us here at CSI, we hope you enjoy your goodies.

P.S. Sorry for bragging. I was really excited because I love CSI sooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!

hey guys! need a little help with something for school...

Which CSI episode/s have cases that contain anything about an anxiety disorder, a phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder or anything of that sort?

I wanna show a clip for my report in clas$ and I want it to be a CSI one Thanks!

*searches brain* He wasn't obsessive-compulsive, but it was quite similar - in Cages there was the autistic guy who liked order and stuff. There's always Natalie with her bleach thing, does that count as a phobia? And the guy in Built to Kill who faints at the sight of blood. I'm sure Allison in Werewolves also had an anxiety disorder, being cut off from the rest of humanity for most of her life. She acted pretty nervy most of the time. Oh! How the hell could I forget? The Hunger Artist. Cassie James, she had anxiety disorders and her sister had anorexia and bulimia.
Another one is re Nick and the guy who stalked him. Name of episode was stalker. That episode definitely had some very good obsessive qualities to it_obviously lol- like the idea re weekly discussion. I have been away from this particular thread for a little while. sorry bout that. oh by the way hi everyone. (smiley face.)

I didn't now where to post this, so I thought this was an appropriate place. I work at a wildlife rehab facility and we have two bobcat kittens. when we put them together, we noticed that the female was dominating the male, and the male was being submissive to her, so we gave them CSI names. Lady Heather and Hodges, respectively.

I just saw that the nominations for Prime Time Emmy's has been released. I'm very disappointed. Not one actor or actress from any of the CSI shows has been nominated. None of the shows have seen any kind of recognition either.

And yet shows like the Sopranos, which glamorize an unlawful lifestyle, walk away with 15 nominations.

I usually ignore the Emmys. They have a history of giving out awards to a) "the" trendy show of the year or b) this is the show's last year so we're going to give them Emmys because we'll miss them (also we see a lot of A and B coming together to create the 'perfect storm' and be shoe-ins to win).

Many shows that are truly wonderful (ahem, Gilmore Girls, Buffy just to name two) are swept aside for what is popular at that moment. This year, for example, I found the acting on CSI far more engaging then I did on Grey's Anatomy (since people love to compare them) and yet it was much trendier Grey's that got nominated. In other words, it's a popularity contest.

The day before the official nominations came out, I was watching E! and they showed their picks for the Emmy's and they thought Marg Helgenberger would get a nod (which made me happy because she is one of my favorite TV actresses of recent), but sadly, she didn't.

"Dead Doll" just seems like a natural name follow-up to "Living Doll". Like when the X-Files had an episode called "The End" at the end of S5, then the first episode of S6 was called "The Beggining" (but then chronologically, at least, the movie came between the two.)

I don't think this necessarily means that Sara is a goner. But I don't know for certain, I'm trying to stay away from Spoilers.
