In this episode of CSI, the following happens. At a biker bar a fight breaks out and the police are called. When they turn up, they also find a dead body on the floor of the bar, and so CSI are called in. During the autopsy we learn that the victim was a meth user and that his name is Joseph. During the evidence collecting one of the woman from the bar she gets nasty with Wendy and so Hodges jumps to her defence but to get a head butt from the woman. As she is lead away, Wendy notices that she has "Property of Joey" on her top, and so she believes that the woman is the victim's girlfriend. We soon learn that Joseph is really an undercover cop. We also find out that his girlfriend is also an undercover cop. When the widow of the cop coming into the lab, we learn that she and Jim have been seeing each other, although she didn't know he was a cop and he didn't know the truth about her marriage situation. Soon the victim's girlfriend is realised and when she gets into her car, it explodes. When the team investigate the bomb, they learn that it was planted before Joseph/Joey was killed and that the order to kill her probably came from the head guy, who they are trying to get too. So in order to solve the murder of Joseph/Joey the team do one of their famous reconstructions using themselves as the people involved. Soon they realise that his death was a result of a simple bar fight and not a set up as first thought. Soon they learn that he had a bug on the bar's phone and when the team play it back, we learn that Joseph/Joey's own wife told the gang that he was an undercover cop. Soon when using the tape, they learn that Scratch the top guy is in fact the bar tender from the biker's bar. Soon Scratch is arrested and soon starts running his mouth about Joseph/Joey. As we end the episode we see his wife being taken into holding, as Jim just stares at her, not being able to believe what he has seen.

I most say it was quite interesting episode - the story was as you expect, but this time the great twist was that police got to the scene with 1 minute and there was not many change to hide evidence. And there was those suspects - many off them. And the danger.. I mean.. like the undercover police blowing up in front of their eyes.. and those bikers passing by Langston.. But I think most of all in this episode, I will remember the emotional part.. and mainly the way Brass got more and more into conflict of interests.. First it was just that he knew the murdered man wife.. and the way the wife seemed to play bigger and bigger role there..

I loved the challenge presented when the team arrives so quickly to a crime scene. As intimidating as the scene of the bikers in booking could have been it was just too funny for words. I thought the twist that the victim was an undercover cop interesting but figured there had to be a reason to twist his murder investigation. I am really starting to appreciate Ray's thinking outside of the box in tracking down evidence but more importantly his ability to hold his own. The revelation that the bartender is "Scratch" was pretty clear after simply following the evidence. It seemed odd knowing that Brass has a personal life just as odd as Hodges out in the field was a puzzle seeing he hates the field.
  • A member of a notorious biker gang known as the Vegas Blasters is brutally murdered in a biker bar. The investigation reveals that the murder victim was an undercover cop.

This episode is very good and I do recommend it. However, it is not without its problems. This episode does not have a strong a script as previous ones. For one thing, it was really no surprise who the person was who made the call which lead to the murder. After all, subtle hints were dropped through out the episode which made it pretty obvious. Second, the revalation that Brass is a little more involved with the case then he should be was really not neccesary. Brass not removing himself from the investigation was also very odd. A flawed episode.

at the beginning of csi it was a really good show and i couldent wait for the seires to come out but now sudenly that grisums gone it has gone down in veiws and i think it is just boring now because all the light graphics are all blue and if you look closly they have lamps every where i mean in a crime lab there wont be lamps every where or and i also forgot to mention that the people in it dont do anything they just stand around and talk how boring i mean people could be getting killed while there just stud there talking boring.
  • Not the best but not the worst either!

I thought this episode was pretty good, not the best but worth the watch anyway! I thought the scene where Hodges got head-butted was hilarious! I also liked the end scene with Cath checking on Brass, and her seeing if he wanted to talk about anything, it kind of reminded me of "if I had a hammer" but only in reverse with this time Cath being concerned about Brass. As far as the actual story line went I thought that it was pretty average but overall ok. I didn't really like that they never really explained what Brass's relation with Rita was, I kind of felt like they left that for us to guess at, which I don't really like. Overall still entertaining!
