  • Grissom and the team investigate the murder of a psychic in her place of business. As the investigation progresses it's soon discovered that the crime may be connected to a murder that took place fifteen years earlier.

This is not only one of the best episodes of this particular season but a very important one as well in that it shows that fortune tellers and psychics are nothing but frauds. The scene where the psychic offers to make bad future predictions go away for $5000 is a great example of that. I very much enjoyed watching how Sanders and Grissom showed how the murdered psychic operated and how she told her fortunes. The main plot of the story was very good as well. I liked the twists and turns the story took. Another terrific episode of CSI.

I'm not a normal watcher of "CSI", but I watched this one because of a friend of mine cameoing in it. This episode held my attention, and encouraged me to watch future episodes. I thought it was pretty good.

I thought the plot was interesting, with the mystical "supernatural" ish element. Although parts were somewhat confusing to me, it just held my attention that much greater, because I wanted to know how they figured it all out. Again, I'm not a normal viewer of "CSI", so I decided to re-watch the episode so I could pick up on all the nuaunce-y things I didn't catch the first time around.

    All in all, good episode.
  • A psychic saw her own death....

Psychic can see the past, the future, and can even help detectives to solve a crime. In this episode, we met a psychic who "accidentally" foresee her own death, and yeah she is later found dead and investigated by Grissom's team. This episode is a little different, and we know that Greg's grandmother is a psychic too. Grissom, however, don't believe in third-eye.

In my opinion, this is just a normal episode. Nothing special happened, except the part psychic foresee her own death. Just a normal episode and a little bit filler. Brass's friend spend years tries to solve his case, but Grissom's team only takes days. Looks weird.

  • The return of the Olaf's!

Greg and his Nana and Papa Olaf stories. I love them so. Greg should make a Nana or Papa Olaf reference every episode, just for comedic value. I was laughing when Greg said he had picked up Nana Olaf's skills but Grissom said he hadn't. Grissom revelation about being to a psychic was interesting. I wonder why he went…

It was funny to see those two girls from the first season and then say how they were in the first season. It took me a while to figure out where I knew them from and I was glad it was explained. They don't have to seem the best of luck when it comes to not finding bodies in Vegas.

The case a good strong solid case. Greg and Grissom work well together and in future they should work together more often. Greg is this young, bright, slightly naive CSI where as Grissom is this older, more mature man who has seen it all.

I was disappointed at the lack of Sara and Nick. They should have at least made an appearance in the episode. I don't like how CBS seems to have some of the characters appear in some of the episode. Even without them it still was a good episode.

  • A case of a murdered fortune-teller that revealed a connection to another murder committed 15 years earlier.

A supernatural power or merely the power of suggestion? Following an episode sans Gil, Greg and Jim, this is a Gil and Greg-centric episode that preludes a string of episodes with a lighter tone. We learn more about Greg's quirky family and Gil's attitute towards the occult. Jim plays a bigger part in this episode when a Jameson, a retired detective came forward with an unsolved case that may be tied. The episode opens with a fortune-teller who seems to have unwittingly seen the scene to her own death, but in the course of the plot we're encouraged to review her authenticity. Several lab techs who've appeared briefly in previous episodes are more involved in this episode, and it has became a personal favorite of mine because the interactions between Gil, Greg and Jim never fails to amuse.
  • First it was Papa Olaf & now it's Nana Olaf. Greg has a very interesting family & some pretty funny family secrets to share.

I would have given this epsiode a 10 if Sara was in it. I really missed her & Nick.

I loved this epsiode, it was so funny, or should I say Greg was so funny starting off the episode with a story about Nana Olaf and her 6th sense, and how he inherited the 6th sence from her (also reminding me how he was relieved that he didn't inherit Papa Olafs bald gene). I loved the look Grissom gave him when he was telling him the story.

Grissom: Okay, what am I thinking?

Greg: That I'm due for a promotion?

Grissom: I'm thinking you need to focus on your other five senses.

I always love an episode when Grissom & Greg work together. And I loved Gregs hair.

I think it was cool that they brought back those 2 girls from season 1. In the beginning I was wondering where I'd seen them before.

And finally, that hideous Fugly Farmers hat came back *shudder*. I think it may be a Grissom trademark now that it's made it's 3rd appearance(I think) this season.

  • An interesting premise that almost delivered.

This episode began on a good note. A psychic is visited by two women (ironically enough the same two women from a case in season 1). The reading she gives reveals someone is in immanent danger and she assumes it is one of her customers. Bad thing about being a psychic is that you are not always correct. Bad thing about being this psychic is it means you are going to be murdered. The case is investigated by Grissom, Greg and Warrick. Brass is involved thru an old buddy about to retire. The murder of the psychic turns out to be connected to a case from many years back that was never solved. Eventually the original suspect is arrested for the murder but viewers are left feeling the retiring cop may somehow have been involved. I find the episode to be average but I do believe that Hoyt could possibly deliver some great scripts given time.

I’m always excited to see Greg and Grissom working together. The dynamics between these two almost always guarantee some wonderful humorous moments (which we got). Greg and Warrick at the strip club was hilarious. It seems Greg shares Grissom’s penchant for strippers. Warrick and the wife don’t agree with his hours (can this marriage get any more cliché before it dies?).

The best part of the night for me was the small scene between Gil and Catherine concerning the older case and also her vacation. Catherine speaking in her rapid-fire voice (the one she used often in season 1), talking about the case and how her supervisor wouldn’t let her work it as a rookie. Gil giving her “the look.” Catherine bringing up her fights with Eddie as a comparison with the couple and Gil quickly changing the subject to her vacation. And of course, the traditional tush check as he followed her out. The most surprising moment? Gil telling Catherine to say hello to Sam. It was just so unlike any of his reactions to Sam after Inside the Box (S3).

  • Kind of funny but didn't really seem to have a point.

I liked many of the quotes but I missed Sara!!!!! As far as eps go, it's better even at it's average than any other show in my book-by far! I laughed when I saw the fugly farmer's hat  Greg was at his most adorable, of course, with all of that shaggy irresistable hair and psychis are *very* sexy.
  • A good episode minus a couple of characters

The episode was well done even though Nick & Sara weren't around and Katherine was only in it for a few minutes. She didn't seem happy about going on the family trip with her parents. Also, it was nice that this case helped close a homicide case that had gone unsolved.
  • Interesting episode missing two characters

This episode was interesting with the focus on the psychic. But where on earth was Nicky Stokes?!? He is one of the many reasons why I watch CSI and he was not in the episode or even mention! How rude! Also where was Sara? She too was missing and not metion where she was! I can't wait until next week when the whole crew is back together!
  • Great episode, centered around Gregg and Gil.

Gregg switches with Warwick so he can work a case involving a psychic, because he believes he has inherited a sixth sense.

Catherine is about to go on vacation.

Sarah and Nick are not seen in this episode.

I missed Sarah, she is my favorite character.

The psychic who was killed had a vision right before she died and it was recorded.

What proved to be more useful was a retired detectives addition that he saw the psychic for help on an old case.

  • The CSI team investigates the murder of a psychic who was shot at her shop.

Every other CSI an oddball is killed first vampires then the werewolf case what next. But even into its 6th season the creators have managed to keep us interested. I liked this episode it started out with a creepy atmosphere and you might have recognized the two girls at the begging they were also in the one were there was a head in a stolen car. This was nice to have them mention a previous case as they do not often. The case continues to reveal a cold case and a detective that is still intent at pressuring it. I thought this show wasn’t there best yet it was still entertain (especially the bit about Greg’s Grandmother).
  • THE FUGLY FARMER'S HAT IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah...it's return brings joy to my heart. :D

An interesting plotline, and I liked how the CSI's were able to tie in the death of the psychic to the Cold Case murder. That was a very interesting twist. And Greg looked so cute with his shaggy haircut :) Aww...

Dualy noted was the absence of Sara and Nick. Catherine was only onscreen for about 5 minutes, as well. Maybe they chose to leave them out, because of their main involvement with the previous case.

Still, a great episode. I can't wait for next week's!
