  • After a cliffhanger like this one the next season better come quick!

They all fall down... well they sure did and I hope they all get up too!

I would really hate to see someone leave the team, it just wouldn't work. It's such a great team of amazing people and they work so well together. Not to mention it would be said to someone die on the same time as Eric comes back. I love the scene where he tells Horatio he wants to come back. As for the killer, I really thought they were trying to trick us in to believing that the girl was being framed and then in the end it would turn out to be her anyway. I wasn't expecting the guy (I don't remember their names) to be the killer, that was a complete shock. The next season better come soon because with a cliffhanger like this one it would be pure torture to wait too long!moreless
  • The eighth season ends with Horatio and the team on the trail of a serial killer who sent cryptic messages to the crime lab. The team first suspects a college professor who lost her position for falsifying data in a research study.moreless

"All Fall Down" was an entertaining episode. That is certain. There were times where I found myself caught up in the episode and trying to guess the direction in which it would go. However, when all was said and done, I wasn't all that thrilled. I had a feeling that Melissa Walls was not the killer for two reasons. First, too much time was focused on her and second the scene at the pool before the professor was drowned made it pretty obvious to me. Of course I will tune in this fall to see the conclusion. Good, not great.moreless

I think the CSI team was poisoned now i understand why the episode was named they all fall down!!! this was a great episode now i am impatiently waiting for the new season!!! I am still not completely aware of what is going on because it was like a missing piece to the story, that we should know about. at the end all the csi fell down coughing except for delko who wasnt there and horatio and trip who was arresting the professor and then found a later saying they all fall down, i was like whoa nelly!!!!!!!! at the very end delko found everyone on the floor then he ran to calleigh holding her into his hands saying breath please, it was so sad!! great epidoemoreless
  • A really great finale.........

In this episode of CSI Miami, the following happens. When the CSI's all get mail, they are each sent a piece of a puzzle, which shows them a murder victim. As more and more victims are being killed, the team have to follow the evidence to find out who the killer is. As the episode ends, we see all of the team and everyone else in the lab collapsing. We end with Eric entering the lab, and rushing to find Calleigh.

So we are left with one question, who if anyone, will die? If someone is going to die I'm hoping its Jesse. The finale was really good and the ending made me want more. This will defiantly make me continue watching next season.moreless
  • They all fall down... well, except for Horatio, Eric and Frank. Hopefully all the CSIs get up!

This episode reminded me of the Da Vinci Code, in terms of a killer giving clues to his next victim. It also reminds me of the Huntsville murders where a post-doc snapped cause she was denied tenure.

The nursery rhyme, They All Fall Down actually refers to the the Black Plague (I think), plus the killer was studying the psychology of humans in times of plague so I suppose he released some plague-like chemical into the lab? Although how he did it wasn't explained, so I suppose we have to wait til next season to find out.

Overall, I liked the episode, especially how they pointed out that the CSIs should not stick to their first impressions or prime suspects. I thought that was a very good point raised. The only problem I have is that at the end of the episode I was screaming at the laptop cause I DID NOT like seeing the CSIs fall down =( I really hope they ALL get up or it wouldn't be fair to any characters' fanbase.moreless

    • Melissa: You still think I'm your killer.
Horatio: You had motive and opportunity.
Eric: Innocent people are usually cooperative, do anything to get to the truth and clear their name.
Melissa: You said, usually, implying there's a percentage of innocent people who aren't cooperative, am I right?

    • Horatio: Melissa, I need your help with the Dr. Brusatti case.
Melissa: You think I'm a suspect. I'm not stupid. Hello, PhD here.

    • Eric: Why would they target us?
Horatio: I think I just heard an us in there.
Eric: Yeah, that's right. While I was gone, I realized this is where I want to be.
Horatio: Then I have you full-time.
Eric: I'm back, if you'll have me.
      Horatio: That's good news.

    • Walter: Looks like our shooter is long gone.
Jesse: Looks like our shooter was never here to take the shot.
Walter: What are you talking about? How else could he get it off?
Jesse: This scope is WiFi enabled.
Walter: WiFi? He killed this lady online?

    • Walter: Finally, that seminar membership I've been waiting for.
Ryan: How many, uh, nerd clubs are you a member of?
Walter: Would you like to get beat up?
      Ryan: (chuckles) No.
