in this ep of csi miami a preast is found murder in his office shot a few times.and they go to work and start to question and look over the crime scene and see that the person left a shoe mark. and they match it to his shoe mark so then they question the mother and son. and they think the son did it. thin was they later learned that the son was having problems with his father and he hit the father over the head and he died he later buried the father also they learned that mother went to the church and she shot the priest due to the fac that she wanted to protect her son this was a great ep i thought and it was really good.moreless

This episode revealed a lot of emotions in it. It showed how people aren't even surprised anymore that somebody would kill a priest. It also showed that even though the CSI's have seen a lot of bad stuff, they still get affected by it. For example, how Alexx and Horatio had such a hard time taking the fetal tissue to determine who the father was. It was a great episode to show that they were still human and felt for their victims. You started to get an idea what they were all about and how they delt with their pain.moreless

A priest is murdered in his house. The house keeper found him when he didn't show for his surmon. No sign of a break in. Speed says the last time he was in a church was when KURT COBAIN died. DVS shoes were worn by a lefty. A quior boy wore DVS's and was a lefty. The mother had strangle marks around her neck. The dad has a riffle rack. Brain matter was found in the wrench. The father is dead. He killed his father to protect his mother. A female driver is found burnt to death. She ate a diamond ring and she was 7 weeks pregnant, but the team couldn't find any hard evidence to the father so therefore they couldn't arrest him.moreless

A dead priest, a woman found dead (and burned) in a car - it's not all rosy in the CSI lab!

Two different cases - a priest shot dead in his room and a murdered pregnant woman in a burned out car. Both very different in reasoning and style and both that end up with dissatisfying endings - not in terms of bad writing, but in terms of human suffering and the lengths people will go to. It's basically just very sad.

The priest case I enjoyed, though as I say once the culprits and the reasons became obvious it's difficult to not feel sorry for them. It follows a slightly stereotypical path at first - priest, young boy: maybe molestation? But it goes on a different course which I liked. I also thought the scene where they try to work out why he has three bullet holes when they've only found two bullets was horrible and almost hilarious. Poking those sticks into dummies I can just about handle, but this was either a real guy playing dead or a fabulous looking false corpse. I know it's all kind of done with mirrors, clever editing and CGI, but it looks a feels real, which is very disturbing.

More disturbing was the motive behind the other case. I won't give it away because it would be a spoiler, but it's purely evil. I wasn't convinced by the very end scene with H and the culprit.

Oh and another special mention for Khandi Alexander as Alexx. I think ANYONE would want this to be the woman who did their autopsy!moreless

Must identify his killer and thinks that he knows who did it

As a priest on the second case is murdered and Speedle, Calliegh, and Megan must find out what was behind his murder and who did it

Loved Kim Delaney in NYPD Blue but not on CSI Miami as she was miscast badly!
