A man is found by the janitor stabbed to death in his office. The man said he paid a prostitute a thousand dollars to have sex with him. H sees Madison for the first time and he realizes that that's his neice. Raymond had sex with Suzy and now it's confirmed that they had sex. A match on Raymond Caines bullet was shot by bob. Suzy's husband. Bob admitted to killing Raymond. He's going away for life. This was a very exciting episode. But Horatio covers for too many peoples mistakes. In a later episode it gives another killer of Raymond (confusing)moreless

  The title comes from the George Orwell novel "1984," in which a man lives in a totalitarian society led by Big Brother, which censors everyone's behavior, even their thoughts. In this episode, the girls of the "sorority house" are the subjects of Big Brother, being watched at all times. In addition to this, the title also makes reference to Horatio's relation to Raymond.
