I believe that all of the episodes with Clavo Cruz in them are good because it gets personal with "H". He really gets Huratio going when he pulls moves like his diplomatic ammunity, sending a rocket into the courtroom after planning the stabbing when he was being interagated by "H". I also loved the ending where he finally killed Clavo I thought that it was the best ending of a CSI: Miami because un-like all of the other CSI shows this one has ACTION! This is the main reason why I watch the show becasue it si so great! I will continue to watch this show.!!!moreless

Drunk driver hits a playboy model. Driver meant to hit her because he sped up once he saw her. Glass was lodged into her head. He hit her and backed up to hit her again to make sure she was dead. She fought with the guy who killed her before he ran over her. Clavo was fussing with Tess. Clavo says he is untouchable. He spit on Horatio and therefore he provided his dna. Clavo can get away with murder but not drunk driving. His brother is protecting him. Tess's roomate was also killed and believed that brother did it.moreless

In the season 2 pilot Horatio faces a dilemma when 2 brothers who have diplomatic immunity commit 2 murders & confess, and Horatio can't do anything about it.

The Brothers thinking that they are immune from justice everywhere however become careless in the end giving Horatio a chance to finally arrest them as soon as they are out in international waters.
