An ok episode, a little boring. I liked the B case more than the A case.
A cigar maker is found in his store tied up, beaten, mutilated, and murdered with a chaveta (a cigar-making tool featuring a rounded blade).
The investigation leads Horatio to a group of people who help illeagal immigrants from Cuba into the USA. One of them turns out to be the murderer. It was easy to guess that the murderer would turn out to be the victims son.
Also, a man is murdered while withdrawing money from an ATM, but the motive isn't robery. There isn't enough evidence to convict the woman who shot him, so she gets to walk.
