In this episode of CSI Miami the following happens. When a complaint is mad about loud music coming from a hotel room, the manger goes to investigate. When he enters he finds a woman in bed with a man, who they wake up and starts to scream when she sees that he is dead and there is blood everywhere. She claims she doesn't know who he is and has no memory of the previous evening. They ID the victim as a man named Steve. We soon learn that the woman is a prostitute and Steve was one of her clients, although she can't remember much of the night. We soon find another young woman who slept with the victim a previous night and he also slipped her GHB when they slept together. He also robbed her. When the team go to his house, they soon learn that all of the women he drugged where not random, they were targeted. The team learn that Steve was killed by one of the women who he drugged. A well written and cleaver story. Some desperate Miami housewives turned part time hookers get more than they bargained for when a jealous Madame finds a cleaver way to eliminate her competition. Eric and Ryan play a prank on Tara that doesn't go according to plan. The best part of the script was watching Tara use her resourcefullness to help the team solve the case. The well written script is proof that the writer's are capable of creating intersting material when they put their minds to it. Hopefully, next week's episode will be equally as good as this one was.moreless
Okay, I'm getting used the Miami's scripts being all over the place but this is getting bad. Okay first we have the Lucy Yates the former Madam wanting to put the squeeze on girls crashing her territory. Then we have unhappy wives looking for a little excitement and a self confidence boost in sleeping with men that aren't their husbands. The consierge who likes to blackmail those said wives into keeping their secrets. Then of course we have Horatio wanting to solve a murder and save the lost soul. I think the only bright spot to this episode was the bad practical joke Delko and Ryan played on Dr. Price. I appreciate her reasoning for being upset with the joke and I'm looking forward to her revenge on Eric and Ryan. She seems the type to get even.moreless
I really liked this episode. I thought it was very original and it was a great example of CSI: Miami. It was another great installment of the series. It told a great story and the prank in the lab was like going back to the basics. I liked that; I think that they should do that more often. Bring back some older storylines. It also shed more light on Dr. Price, what's she's about. It showed how good she is at her job and I think she is a great addition to the show. I can't wait for the next episode "Gone Baby Gone".moreless

Horatio: (to Tripp as Andrew and Martha depart under police escort) They're not in Kansas anymore, are they?
This is a reference to the1939 Victor Fleming film The Wizard of Oz. When Dorothy and Toto land in Munchkinland, she says, "Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore."
