In this episode of CSI Miami, the following happens. We open with a TV show called the marrying kind, which is in its season finale. Its kind of like the Bachelor, but a CSI version. We open with the man picking one of the women are his future wife. But in a cruel twist of fate, he goes to one of them, and tells her that he doesnt pick her and so he goes to the other womans car to propose to her and she, Grace is dead. The CSI team are called in to investigate. Natalia and Horatio investigate and we quickly learn that Natalia watches the show and follows it religiously. Eric also learns that before he and Calliegh started going out, she also used to watch the show. Soon through evidence the team find out who their killer is and the reason why. Another contestant killed Grace, because Neil wouldnt go along with her plan and he double crossed her, by falling in love.
She soon admits to the murder of Grace and her story supports the evidence that the team have. Soon one of the contestants goes missing and soon the team learn that when she was 9 years old she was attacked by a man with a knife. He was arrested and went to prison and recently got out. He has been seen around the hotel, where all of the contestants are staying. Through a GPS tracker on her cell phone (a gift from the TV show), the team manage to track her down. When they get there they find her attacker, they ask him where she is and he claims that she is a sleep forever. Whilst Wolfe keeps an eye on the suspect, H goes in search of the contestant. We learn that he tracked her down as he was his signature on her, whilst she was on the TV show. H manages to find her, before anything too serious can happen to her.moreless

I actually found the idea of a case spoofing reality television kind of funny and probably long over due. Natalia is way to into the case and the show within five minutes. Of course with the basis of the reality show, suspects are a plenty. But the obvious prime candidate, Kaitlyn Sawyer, honestly was too easy. However, I wasn't surprised that it was someone else in the house. I did like the twist of Kaitlyn's back-story of running from her past. I found that pretty creative. Of course though Horatio needs to save the girl. I found Kyle pretty brave for calling Dr. Price out on the "aspirin". I was laughing hysterically at Calliegh's interview of Martin. Mike Travers is really growing on me as a favorite lab tech. He was great at ignoring Natalia as he worked.moreless

  • In this episode we find out what reality shows are really like!!

This show is really into themed episodes this season. First Nip tuck, and now they take a page from the Bachlor and go all reality tv!! Not a great episode but it certainly had its moments. The reality murder plot was a bit mediocre. I felt sorry for the guy though. He actually falls in love only to lose her. The Stalker bit was very interesting. The guy was so creepy and the poor girl had to go through her childhood torment all over again. Luckily, Horatio was there to save the day!! I'm glad they finally followed up on Taras pill addiction. I was beginning to think they forgot about it. Can't wait to see how all that plays out. Overall, a slightly above average episode!! Can't wait for next weeks episode!! Talk to ya later!!moreless

  • On the reality show "The Marrying Kind" the lucky bachelor has chosen his bride. With cameras rolling he walks up to her limo and opens the door.....to find her dead in the back seat.moreless

This episode is not one of the better of the season. My opinion of this episode pretty much matches my opinion of just about every reality show contestant. Boring, uninteresting and forgettable. The storyline focusing on the show itself was mediocre at best. What I believe is the part of the episode worth seeing is the part which focuses on the girl who finished as runner up. That storyline was a lot more interesting and very well written. The parts of both stalker and victim were well written and acted. Both actors were very convincing in their roles. OK episode.moreless

    • Eric: The whole lab's buzzing about Grace Carlson's murder. I feel like I'm in a foreign country and I don't speak the language. Calleigh: It's a girl thing. Eric: Wait a minute. You watch, too? Calleigh: Maybe. (smiles) Well, I used to. Eric: All these years, you still manage to surprise me. Calleigh: I'd like to think that's possible. Edit
    • Ryan: How did you know she was in Miami? Mr. Keener: I caught that silly TV show, flipping channels. I recognized her. And my signature. That girl put me away for 15 years. She needed to be taught discipline. She can change her name a thousand times. But that scar... that's forever. Ryan: So is a life sentence. Edit
    • Mr. Keener: If you did see me on some footage, you would have also seen that I left that place without bothering anyone. Ryan: You know, that-that statement doesn't really convince me you're innocent, Mr. Keener. Mr. Keener: It's not my job to convince you. It's your job to prove it. Edit
