Goof: When Horatio is in the morgue ambulance bay, just after talking to Ben Gordon, he bends down and picks up the cigarette that Ben was supposed to have been smoking and put out. However, the cigarette that Horatio picks up has never been lit.
Goof: When Calleigh tells Horatio that she pulled a 7.62x39mm bullet out of the tree stump, Horatio says that it was from an "AK" (AK-47), when the 7.62x39mm bullet is used in the SKS as well as many other guns.
Horatio: (about the missing boy) Okay, Frank, why don't you let me take this one off your hands? Frank: There's no crime scene to investigate. Horatio: Maybe not, but that doesn't mean there wasn't a crime.
