I couldn't get past the whole lack of knowledge of hurricanes to enjoy this episode. Technical directors should do a little more research on what a hurricane landfall is. Ferocious winds with the sun shining with a few drops of rain doesn't mean landfall.

Living on the Gulf Coast, this episode was almost as bad as the Tsunami one. If you're going to use a natural disaster as part of your plot, at least make the natural disaster plausible. To be honest I really couldn't tell you much about the rest of it because I was so taken back by the inclusion of a hurricane in such an unrealistic manner.
  • A body flying through the air, another spiked on a fence and a bullet shot from a bucket without a gun......hurricaine 101

A very good episode. It showed real nicely what a full-blown hurricaine can do! Have you ever seen a guy picked up on the beach and dropped in the middle of a street? wow! Now I know why surfing is dangerous!

The story lines seemed quite believable, although I was laughing at the bullet propelled out from the bucket into the the woman's neck. The fighting over a couple of boards to secure a house is something that happens a lot, apparently. Of course also the looting - there are always people taking advange of nature's bad moods.....

The story with the guy spiked on the fence was very touching....The scenes with Horatio were very powerful.......brought a teeny-tiny tear to my eye.....Though, I still wonder how he could have survived for as long as he did. I mean he had a piece of metal through his chest and lived for what - hours?

    All in all, great episode!

A dead body is flown on a car. He was running around in a hurricane. Horatio stands by a man who dies because he gets stabbed by a fence post from the hurricane. The wife's brother had issues with his brother-in-law. Calleight found a woman shot in her house also. The roses under the hispanics body weren't dead so the hispanic was killed before Hurricane Anthony. The surfer got caught stealing 1.5 mil from the mob. Blood from the nails was the neighbors. The husband didn't shoot her. The driver killed the hispanic b/c he was doubling his board and the hispanic wanted to put up his.
