i loved the episode, It never had a dull moment. But at the end what was up with natalia. She was the one who wanted to go for drinks, but then when calleigh and eric ask if they could come she had to go home. Was it eric or did she have something to hide. I like natalia's charater and would be really sad if she was the one who stold the dimonds, but she was acting funny.I can't wait to see what happens this week. I am also really happy eric is coming back. He twittered he is coming back full time next season(we'll see). =) maybe something big will happen with him and calleigh.
Eric returns to CSI to help the team crack the case of a jewelry store robbery that ended in murder. The team is happy to have Eric back with them. That is, everybody except Natalia.
This episode, while not the best I have seen, is a strong one. One of the highlights of this episode is Natalia's scene with Eric. I thought it was very clever to have a bit of a catch to Eric's return to the team. The storyline concerning the jewely heist worked well also. I did however, find it hard to believe that it is possible to copy keys from photographs (How the robbers were identified is another problem point for me.). However that is one small flaw in an otherwise good episode. Now, I wish Khandi Alexander would come back.
In this episode of CSI Miami, the following happens. When a jewellery heist takes place, and a man is killed, the CSI team are called in to investigate. The case is full of twists and turns, and even brings a few old faces back. We see that Jake (Calleigh's ex boyfriend) has been undercover on the case for a while. Eric also returns to help the team out. They manage to ID the robbers and that learn that they are women, who have done quite a few heist. As both women are arrested there is only one question left still unanswered. Who stole the diamonds from the crime lab? It had to be an inside job. My money is on Jessie. Don't know why, I just never liked him, and hopefully if it was him, then he won't be back next season.
So I liked this episode, because after two pretty unrealistic episodes, we have one that's very plausible.
The twist at the end is kinda sad but it worked out. I think it's funny how Natalia now has a "super"power to hear jamming devices and wires with her hearing aid. The crime itself was interesting and I was never bored. The parting shot Jake gave to Eric about being undercover was good, and E/C fans will be happy to know that Jake didn't stand in the way of Eric and Calleigh's relationship at all... in fact Jake was written in pretty well and it didn't make the storyline awkward.
